Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesMay 2026

Absolutely love this site always accommodating clean and tidy. The owner is lovely and very helpful. The shade from the beautiful pine trees are a bonus in the morning. It’s so lovely to watch all the children playing together as the field is situated in the middle of the site and the park ,which is situated near to the toilet block blends into the tree as they have used wooden material. I highly recommend this site.

Small Tent - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

Well this is the first time that we have been camping. And we liked it very much. The funny thing was we pitched our tent in the wrong number that they were fine about that instead of moving it that night they let us stay there and move it the next morning. Our campus helped us move the tent the next morning which we were very grateful.

Great site

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2026

We had a lovely stay at this small, friendly site! While it might not be the right fit for anyone seeking absolute, silent countryside peace, we found it much nicer and far more welcoming than many of the busy, crowded sites in the area. It is absolutely worth a visit. The site & atmosphere. The layout of the site is beautiful—a lovely wooded area surrounding a central green, and having your own dedicated electric and water hookups at the pitch was a massive plus. The site has such a wonderful, lively energy to it that I genuinely found myself wishing I could transport the whole place to a quieter location! The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive; you can tell they truly care about the site and look after everyone staying there. The location & noise. The site is located right next to the A27 dual carriageway. The traffic noise is constant and doesn't really let up, even at night. However, I did eventually get used to it during our stay. If you are a light sleeper, you'll definitely want to bring some earplugs, but don't let it completely deter you. Amenities & facilities. The shower block is on the smaller side, featuring just two showers and two toilets (for ladies)I did run into one strange issue: I prefer to shower in the evening, but I couldn't get a hot shower at that time. Strangely, the water in the washing-up area was piping hot, so it might just be a timing or pressure quirk with the shower block system. If you can look past the proximity to the road, this is a charming, well-maintained, and incredibly friendly site.

Good base for Arundel and South Coast

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

The campsite was small and tidy, as we like them, with only 3 other parties on site. We used it as a base for some local exploration so were not around much during the day but it was easy to access and the facilities were clean and never busy. Friendly welcome and we had a comfortable stay. The site is near a main road so there is road noise and a couple of noisy motorbikes woke us but otherwise, we were not too bothered by it, thank you.

Great little site

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

Great site not very big which we prefer, toilets and the showers work well, plenty of washing up space and rubbish bins and electric hook up and water on most pitches definitely recommend

Lovely, well kept site

Really lovely site with some nice wooded areas surrounding. Very clean facilities. Only negative is the low traffic noise from the road, but otherwise a lovely stay.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

Nice site & friendly owner. It's quite close to the main road & the traffic noise didn't bother us. Lovely pub 20 minutes walk away. Nice woods/surroundings just up the road to walk our dog. Our pitch was a bit too close to other campers to be honest. Apart from that it's very nice 👍

Site's response

I am pleased you enjoyed your stay, your pitch 15 is nestled in a grassed area of 4 pitches set back slightly from the main site with a 7 metre gap one side & 5 metre gap the other from your neighbour campers, I may have been able to offer a different pitch if you had communicated your view to me Many thanks Evee

Lovely site in a good position

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2026

A lovely site with a selection of pitches. There is a large green area in the centre with tables around the edge, perfect for eating at. Our pitch was in a small clearing amongst the trees and felt secluded but still very close to the facilities. The toilets and showers were clean - unfortunately, the ladies toilets were blocked on the first evening, but the unisex disabled toilet was functioning and the ladies were cleared by the morning. Evee was welcoming and showed us to our pitch in the pouring rain, explaining the pro's and cons of each way of parking. The site is ideal for exploring Arundel, Littlehampton, Bognor and Chichester, wish we could have stayed longer but I'm sure we'll be back!

Good campsite but the ground was hard.

Small Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesMay 2026

Good campsite, it had everything we look for: showers, toilets, BBQs allowed, communal washing up/freezer, water points next to your pitch, great location for exploring the South Downs. However, there were a few things we didn't like as much: the ground was so hard we struggled to peg the tent down, the toilets got blocked and weren't unblocked by the next day. The pitches are so close together, after we returned from a day out to find our small tent surrounded by other larger units. As others have said, the main road may be disruptive but it didn't bother us.

A little bit of heaven

Lovely campsite. Our pitch was set back next to the woodland and it was perfect. Good clean modern facilities. Showers were nice and hot. 10 mins from Arundel castle. Will definitely stay again!

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesApr 2026

Very nice location, close to Arundel. Yvonne, the landlord is very welcoming and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. She even sells hen and duck eggs! The little drawback is that it is close to a big road which is noisy, sometimes, at night.

Great stay, clean site, friendly welcome, good facilities

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesOct 2025

No bother in being nicely welcomed and getting set up. Secure entry/exit. Lovely staff. Great facilities. It is a bit close to the main road so you do hear traffic sadly, as the rest of the area is so pristine and sympathetic to nature. However this is minor and it does make it very convenient to get to and from. Local pubs are a huge bonus with walking distance.

Cosy and friendly

Lovely campsite with everything you need. Well looked after with nice big pitches that are just tucked in the trees, and a warm welcome on arrival. The only downside is the road noise, but not that much of a problem, would definitely recommend

Selected due to its proximity to Arundel. Site was perfect for our little campervan, great lay-out, very well organised with super-clean facilities. Terry was really lovely and super helpful in getting us set up. The local Spur pub also recommended for dinner.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesSep 2025

This was our second visit to old farm, we was welcomed by Terry and Ruth who have been running the farm this season. They keep the facilities very well cleaned and are so helpful in anything you needed. They will be missed when they leave at the end of the season. We visited Arundel castle and cathedral whilst here, what a stunning place, beautiful river, and lovely pub to eat lunch in. We would definitely visit again as so much to see and do. But also because its a great safe camp site. Good luck and safe travels Terry and Ruth, thank you for a memorable stay.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

Amazing & friendly hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed and relocated us to be along side our group. Shower, toilets & washing up areas clean the entire stay! Play area next to facilities. Next to a busy main road but didn't really notice much sound during the night. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Thank you :)

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

What a little gem this campsite is! Clean toilets and showers, use of a freezer and an electric kettle if required. Great pitch for our tent although I have to say, it was very noisy at night due to the closeness of the A27 behind us. However, I stuck bog roll in my ears on the 2nd night and I slept fine! It wouldn't deter me from going back again as it was a great place for my 11 year old daughter and her friend to run about and explore. Evee, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions.

Nice site but somethings were a let down

Motorhome - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

Nice site was given a warm welcome. Staff very friendly however caravans, motorhomes and tents very close together which was a safety issue and concern. Toilets and showers ok small but ok. Toilet roll ran out and so people were taking their own. Positive is the fact pitches have electric and water which is handy but the fact so many were packed in was a shame. A lot of the pitches were in shade some very dark as under a thick canopy of trees so wouldn't be ideal. Our pitch did have some sun. Nice site but wouldn't return.
