Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 Facilities very good and as it is a small site, even on the hottest May Bank holiday ever, no queuing for showers or toilets.
Excellent Campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 Fantastic campsite, we had a lovely stay. Great to have the kids play park in the centre and lovely to have a little shop on site for a drink or icecream. Really close to the beach and good clean facilities on site. We would visit again.
A really lovely site!
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 The Barn Caravan Park is a small, friendly and well run site. The pitches are spacious and well kept, and there is a huge area in the centre of the site for kids to run around and have fun, with swings and a climbing frame. There is a cafe/bar which opens at peak times, with a good selection of drinks and ice creams at reasonable prices.
Location is great. Ten minutes walk from a lovely pebble beach, the Harvester is a five minute drive away, and there’s a lovely Italian (La Galleria) and many other restaurants in Shoreham, just a few minutes drive away.
We went into Brighton, and found taking the train to be a good option. Lancing station is just a short walk away. Trains are frequent and it’s about 20 minutes into Brighton.Much easier (and cheaper!) than trying to park in Brighton.
Overall, we had an excellent stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and will definitely be returning.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 A lovely small but well maintained campsite within walking distance of the beach, shops and local transport into Brighton. Great facilities, plenty of shade for hot days and generally a lovely place to chill out and relax. Thank you Joe :)

Not too big but plenty of space and very quiet.
Facilities were excellent and kept lovely and clean
Owners are very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful
Great for dogs and for kids to play on the site
We will definitely visit again and would recommend

Liked the coffee and bar .
Dogs allowed in bar would be good as can’t really leave them in the camper or tents unaccompanied .
Looking forward to coming again soon
Ideal campsite just outside Brighton
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 What a lovely find! This campsite is just a short walk from the beach, town centre and train station. This was great for getting to nearby villages and Brighton itself Flat grassy area with generous pitches, fabulous ‘reception/ bar ‘ area with its own coffee shop and bar with great friendly vibe.
Owner was very approachable and chatty and always doing something on site … this week developing the toilet facilities.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 Small site but everything you need. Toilets and showers were very clean. Play equipment for the children and picnic benches in front of some pitches. Lovely quiet site and the owner is friendly with a welcoming smile. About a 20min walk to the seafront promenade and local shops so the location was great.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2026 The site is quite clean and well kept. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed a little out of season, so the cafe bar was closed, but it all looks very nice.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 The Barn is a simple but clean and friendly site within 10 minutes walk of a shopping parade and in the opposite direction, Worthing sea front with its frequent bus service to Brighton and Portsmouth.
We shall definitely return.

Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The owner is very helpful & friendly. He was frequently cleaning the showers & toilets.
Good size pitches, quite a few with picnic tables.
Plenty of walks nearby for dogs.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 There is so much to love about this small site. The location is great, walkable to beach, and bus stop for further travels.
Lovely play equipment and visible from all pitches. Small café, bar, ice creams. Firepit are allowed and pitches are spacious. The facilities are what let it down.
Only 2 showers, toilets and sinks each for men and women. One of the ladies constantly flooded and was full of hair. Out of 3 soap dispensers, only one had soap. One of the empty ones was a lower level child's one, so they couldn't reach the soap.
2 washing up sinks but only one had hot water and had a drainer.
The price per night is not bad, even in peak season, but I would rather pay a little more and have more facilities!
Having said all this, I would return for location and space.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We really enjoyed our time here, good for kids and pet friendly. 10 min drive from the closest beach and town centre.
Definitely recommended for anybody who looking for a quiet place with good facilities with kids and pets.
Lovely little site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Very busy as expected in summer school holidays, site full, a lovely play area for the children and remarkably quiet. Excellent layout that gives a feeling of lots of space.
Showers hot and the toilet block was clean. Will definitely go back.

Clean, quiet, professional
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 The park was very clean, in good repair, and super convenient for access to local amenities.
Shower block was well kept, regularly cleaned and restocked, good hot water pressure. Freezer for ice packs a bit abused for other storage but nowhere near full and in great working order. Sinks for washing up need their taps sorted a bit to maintain good order but they were clean and the water was hot and lovely. Good signage all over. Lovely to see the Barn Owl every night and morning. Playground equipment in good shape.
Pitch was firm but soft, clear of hard objects, a decent size.
