Small Trees Campsite is a pop up summer site in the Hampshire countryside, five minutes from Romsey and ten minutes from the New Forest National Park. There are non electric grass tent and touring pitches with no artificial lighting, making it great for stargazing. Enjoy complimentary morning tea and coffee, with regular wood-fired pizza nights and fire pits for hire. Paultons Park, Home of Peppa Pig World, is also within a ten minute drive!

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan PitchesAug 2025

It's a lovely site that was quite empty when we visited. Close to Romsey with a bus that's only a 5 min walk from the site £6 return only runs a couple of times a day. The site is flat-ish with little restrictions on where you set up. Free tea and coffee in the morning was a very nice touch. The owner is friendly and welcoming. You can hire fire pits for a small fee (with wood). It's only open a couple of weeks a year at the moment.

We received a warm welcome and appreciated the relaxed nature towards making ourselves at home. The facilities were clean and in good working order. The hot shower was a bonus!

We had a wonderful time at small trees campsite. It had a real family friendly vibe and the owners who run the site were so friendly and welcoming. The pizza was ace too. The campsite had everything you need for a great little break. We had a wonderful time and are hoping to return next year with more family to join.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2025

We stayed here with the family, loved the fact we could turn up and pitch wherever we liked and could check in between 4 and 8! Great space, not crowded at all and we were able to play games on the grass without disturbing other campers. Such a great location, with Peppa Pig World and Marwell Zoo a short drive away! We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. Our only negative would be the smell in the toilets, although very clean, the smell from the holding tank was stomach turning. This wouldn't stop us staying again and we understood the toilet was due for emptying.

My first time camping here! would definitely go back! Very clean good campsite! everything you need available even free tea & coffee in the mornings! I felt safe & protected there! Lovely lady because & her lovely children greeted me!
