Glen Nevis Caravan and Camping Park offers a spectacular setting at the foot of Ben Nevis, the UK's highest mountain. On a pretty forested Highland estate, there are grass and hardstanding pitches for tents and tourers, along with cosy modern camping pods. A paradise for hikers and cyclists to enjoy walks through Glen Nevis or nearby Fort William. Families and dogs are welcome, and there is even a shop, play park and bar/restaurant to enjoy!

Great site in a great location. It’s a big site but there’s loads of space round each pitch. Plenty of showers and really useful laundry facilities. Onsite food is perfect for before/after walking.

Great location with a direct view of Ben Nevis. Despite the size of the site, a quiet and lovely atmosphere. Great and very friendly staff. Plus good service with breakfast options, a bar and a good restaurant. We can highly recommend the campsite.

A really lovely spot looking at Ben Nevis. Clean but aging amenities. Lots of hot water in showers which was fantastic. Great little shop that sold basic needs. Restaurant/bar was lovely for an afternoon drink. Great overall vibe.

Great site so much so we booked on for a 3rd night, clean, quiet, safe and secure with nightly security patrols. Food from the onsite catering/butty van was gorgeous, not the cheapest but I do not mind paying that little bit more when the quality is top tier. On site shop at the side of reception to pick up any essentials or bits you may require. 2 x toilet/shower blocks which were more then adequate. 5 minute drive into Fort William which has everything you need and in terms of supermarkets etc and if, like us, you have days planned out to see some of the famous sites (Glenfinnan Viaduct, Eilean Donan Castle, Loch Ness) these are all only an hour or two's drive away and the scenery on these drives is unbelievable. Overall, a fantastic site and we are already looking at visiting/booking again for next year.

We booked this site last minute on our travels through Glencoe to pitch for an overnight camp with our two kids. Lovely welcome at reception and we were able to find a nice spot for our tent, despite the park being busy with campers due to the long awaited nice weather. We ate at the campsite too (decent sized fish suppers) and were able to get some bits and bobs at the park shop, which was well stocked. Kids really enjoyed playing at the park. Toilet block was clean and well maintained too!

Very large campsite at the foot of Glen Nevis, sublime setting! The proximity of a bar restaurant 50m away is very appreciated, very nice restaurant. Unfortunately heavy rain during our stay, which made the location on the grass muddy. Sanitary facilities with adjustable and very hot water temperature.

Perfect location for those who wish to climb Ben Nevis. Unfortunately, the recent weather made it a slightly muddy stay. However, the facilities were brilliant. The shop stocks so much including waterproofs, chairs and sleeping bags. The site has a laundry room which is brilliant if you're touring Scotland in a tent! The washing machines are £3 per cycle and tumble driers are 20p for 4 minutes. The showers and toilets were clean and tidy. They also had separate cubicles with sinks for personal care. They had hair dryers available too. The site also offers phone and other electrical device charging. Although our stay was a bit muddy, I'd recommend this site.

This is a great campsite at the foot of Ben Nevis. Very large site. Lovely views. Plenty of facilities on site including shop and hot food. Bit strange you cant have vehicle access in or out after 11pm but didn't bother us at the time. Toilets and shower areas could have been cleaner but I've seen worse. Overall a decent site with everything you need and a town centre 10 minutes away.
Very good site and well worth the money

I was only at the site for one night, but it was very good. The restaurant food was also fantastic, it's probably worth booking for the evening meal, as it's very busy. The site was very clean and the services were good for washing etc. Will definitely consider going back to this camp site.

This was our first time camping with my three boys and we loved Glen Nevis campsite. To quickly summarise - Stunning location, great facilities, hot food cabin, on site shop (selling all your food and drink basics, to amazing fresh cinnamon rolls and other pastries first thing in the morning). The site was spacious and well kept, and generally quite quiet (few louder groups that settled down after midnight). The only draw back were the "ravenous midges" which devoured me - the time of year, combined with the hotter wet weather unfortunately meant there were a lot of the little biting fellows around. A midge net hood is an essential piece of kit for all the family, long trousers and spray with deet. Overall, however, a lovely site with spectacular backdrop of the hills - perfectly located for walking and exploring the area. Will be back again (just better prepared for the biting locals next time).

Having previously stayed here in a motorhome we decided to come back from this stunning location in our tent. On arrival, we checked in and were given a choice of 2 fields which had electric hook up. There are no marked pitches, so it is a bit of a free for all. We found a spot which left the required (by their own rules) 4 metres apart and set up. Next day, we headed out for the day and came back to find another tent had pitched between us and the next tent. It was obviously much closer than 4 metres on our side, and on the other the guy lines were actually overlapping. We found a member of site staff and asked them to come and look, which they did. However, although it wasn't the correct distance on our side, he was unwilling to do anything unless the other tent complained, and just said he would be checking to make sure they weren't too noisy. They were so close we could hear every word they were saying while talking inside the tent. The toilets are very tired, not very clean and badly in need of extension and upgrade - 5 showers for 2 fields of tents is nowhere near enough. The site is extremely busy, and it seems like tents are treated as second class citizens despite us paying almost the same for our pitch as a motorhome. It feels like the owners subscribe to the 'pack them' attitude and the only concern is making as much money as possible. The staff member even complained to us that it was quiet despite being sold out for caravans and campers all 3 nights we were there. Quiet times are meant to be 11 to 7, but there was lots of noise much later than this, and car doors banging at 5am as people packed their cars. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay - it's not a cheap site and despite the stunning location, we won't be returning.

Lovely location, all types of services (toilets, showers, laundry etc) and a pub/restaurant, shop and little breakfast place. Everything you need, really. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If there was something to be improved it's the water pressure in the showers. We would definitely recommend staying here.

the site was really good, only thing that let it down was only 1 toilet block which if your pitched further back it's a trek for the toilet especially during the night.

Had a great stay at Glen Nevis! Site and facilities are very clean and tidy. We drank in the restaurant/bar and were made to feel very welcome and the food was good 👍 We have E-bikes, so the ride to the town, railway etc was very easy. Staff we encountered were friendly.
