We had a great stay, location is lovely and very scenic. Toilets and showers were extremely clean and very well maintained. In fact, the whole park was well maintained. A lovely, quiet & peaceful stay.

Lovely, friendly campsite, just a short walk to the picturesque cliffs that overlook the sea. Well-stocked shop, easy check-in. Would definitely visit again.

On arrival, we got to choose where we would like to pitch our tent, which we chose right next to the cliff side, we saw some beautiful views and sunsets from there. There are some really nice walking routes and beaches not far from the campsite. Wouldn't recommend going to the swimming pool as an adult if you want to have a chilled swim, it is more suited for children. The bathroom/toilet areas are not so clean.

The site is really equipped with great facilities for families with younger kids and those with a family dog. A dedicated dog park allowed us to exercise our 3 month old puppy without annoying other campers. The campsite has an incredible fish n chips shop, the fish especially is great! Not your usual greasy batter but fresh and crisp. The site is less than 1.5 miles from a massive beach that isn’t flooded with the Scarborough crowds. Dogs are also allowed on the Cayton beach without a lead.

Very nice view from the campsite, had a lot of fun with the kids in the pool and at night with some good music and magic tricks at the pub. Fish and chip shop at the campsite and close to Filey or Cayton Bay beach. Highly recommend.

We didn't really get to experience much of the park as we had to leave after one night of our 4 night stay due to family bereavement. Was so looking forward to this break and from arriving with a very easy check in, to the location, it looked absolutely perfect for us. We will definitely return at some point.

Lovely site, excellent pitches. All the staff are lovely too, couldn't fault it. Lovely views too. The cleanliness in general was great. However, I've had to take some stars off, as when the camping field at the bottom was full, the toilets and the showers were disgusting. Otherwise, it would have been perfect.

A wonderful campsite. Great views from the top field which was on top of the cliffs and easy access to the Cleveland way footpath. The shower toilet block was kept clean and well stocked. The bar and social club were friendly. The shop was great. We didn't need to use the launderette or the swimming pool but it was good to know that they were there. Dogs were all kept on leads and the site was very clean. All in all we had a fabulous few days camping. The only thing we missed was a café/restaurant for meals so ended up driving to Morrisons for breakfast.
Clean, well located, good facilities

Great park, clean showers and facilities, washroom and laundry room. The site was a bit crowded with tents, so there wasn't much room in between us and our neighbours - but this didn't take the shine off. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely site, very large electric tent pitches. Site says 7x7m but they were much larger than this. Great kids play area and the facilities were big with plenty of toilets/showers/sinks so never busy or waiting. Lovely pool, small but as it wasn't busy there was plenty of space to play. Slides were great, but if it was busy the landing space would have been hard to keep clear. Entertainment musician was good and the outside bar area was nice to sit and enjoy it.

Nice campsite, we didn't realise how big the site actually was. Beautiful views and easy access walks to filey and cayton bay. The facilities were good, but needed more regular cleaning, expecially on busy weekends.

Good, clean facilities. The on-site shop closes at 7pm, which caught us out on the first night. Great location and a lovely walk along the cliff top to Cayton Bay. Lots of groups and parties over the weekend we stayed, which made it hard to get our little ones to sleep. We would return but request to be away from group bookings where possible.

The site was fine. It was very sad there wasn't a suitable pathway for us to walk down to the sea, as that is what I had booked it for. £30 for what we felt was just a park-up is too expensive and as I said, the big downside was the lack of being able to go to the sea.
Site's response
We do not advertise a path down to the sea. We are on top of a 300ft cliff!

This park is great for a short stay with a family with small children. The swimming pool and the play area were brilliant for the kids. Fish and chips were reasonably priced and very nice. Facilities were clean and warm and the bar quaint.

Lovely stay in a great location, between Filey and Scarborough. The campsite was relaxed with lovely views over to the sea, other campers were friendly and respectful of the campsite rules and there was everything you needed on site, or just a short drive away. The shower/toilet block was mostly always extremely clean, as was the sink/washing-up area. The campsite itself was also really clean with many bins on hand. Would definitely go back!
