Challenging

Good around site but need big tree to break the wind that sweeps across site

Great

Remote site with views over the loch. Has very clean toilet and shower block with a small kitchen area for campers to use. Host was friendly and allowed us to park our campervan in a way that we would be able to get out easily if the grass became soggy (the weather was horrendous).

Great location to explore the highlands

Very friendly and helpful host, good facilities and pitches with lovely views. We eventually stayed 3 nights, explored some of the NC500 route which is easily accessible from the site. Close enough to cycle into Lairg where there is a nice cafe, small shop and a chippie among other amenities. We also cycled to The Falls of Shin where we saw the Salmon leaping up the falls. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Great little stay

Booked last minute with my dog (night before) for 1 night stay whilst on the NC500 route. Met with host in reception who was very friendly and very informative. The site itself is a lovely area, quiet (perfect) with very clean facilities. Will visit again.
