Very quiet, great location
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 We wanted somewhere close to a park and ride. When we arrived, it was even better, as there was a bus stop 15 minutes away by foot. We used this to get to York Central and the railway station, where we had excursions to Harrogate and Knaresborough.
The campsite also had a special deal with a local taxi firm - a fixed £12 return from York. Definitely a great place to stay to explore, without the stress of driving and parking and a peaceful nights sleep.

Glamping Cabin - Studio Pod Ensuite Cabins Sep 2023 We had an amazing stay, everyone at the site was friendly and approachable. The pod was clean and had a helpful guide about to how use the facilities. We would love to stay again.
