Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 We were made so so welcome by the team, especially Lindsay. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They are a credit to the company.
The site is super, handy for Stirling & the Trossachs and the walk to the Stiddy farm shop through old forests was sublime.
Our 3rd visit and we will certainly use this site again. Well done team.

Roof Tent - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 Only booked last minute and there wasn't a great deal of choice left. But luck was on my side as this site is what I consider to be PERFECT.
Friendly staff, handy little shop on site plus a Pizza Hut making lovely pizza. In a lovely area for cycling and walking. Toilets and shower block very clean.
A few miles from a lot of tourists t places to visit. First class.
Fantastic location
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 An absolutely delightful location and the people are so welcoming. From the very friendly staff, to the serene and stillness of the site itself, to the pizza bar (open on a Friday and Saturday evening). With Middy's Farm Shop and the safari park next door there's loads to see and do. Well worth a visit and a great place to stay before starting the NC500 if you're coming up from the south.

Nice size pitch with grassy area at the side. Showers/ toilet facilities nice and clean. Good dog walking in the forest nearby. Small child's playground used by our grandson. Short walk into town. Good pub with nice food. And co-op for groceries.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2025 We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this campsite. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The pitches are spacious, well-maintained, and offer plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded.
They also offer hut stays which look amazing. The huts are together but still very spacious so they don't mix with motorhomes/ caravans.
One of the highlights of the site is the stunning scenic trails right on the doorstep — perfect for dog walking and soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Every evening, there's a pizza trailer on-site serving delicious, freshly made pizzas at very reasonable prices. The staff at the trailer were lovely and added to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the site.
The reception area is well stocked with essentials, which is super handy if you forget something or run out of supplies. Just a short 2-minute drive away is a fantastic farm shop (Smiddy's farm shop) that truly has everything you need — from a gift shop and café to a high-quality butchers. It was great to have such a well-rounded option nearby.
The safari park is only a couple minutes drive away from the site which is very handy if you have children, they will love it and you can buy tickets for this from reception that is on site too!
Overall, this campsite ticks all the boxes for a peaceful, enjoyable break with great amenities, friendly faces, and beautiful surroundings. We'll definitely be back!

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Fantastic site with loads to do around there, clean facilities, very friendly staff, spacious pitches, discounted tickets for the safari park with unlimited entry was great value for money considering we are a large family of 6.
Site seemed to attract nice families where all kids played together from sunrise to sunset, we will definitely be returning later this summer.

Simply outstanding
Jul 2025 This site, mainly in what was a walled garden, is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.
The thing that makes this site especially good is the friendliness and and helpfulness of the staff. We had car problems and they couldn't have been more helpful. One of the best sites we have stayed on in 38 years caravanning.

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Toilets were immaculate as well as the grounds were very well maintained.
Will definitely be back to have some chill time.
A little slice of P&Q
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2025 I'd highly recommend this site. Location was excellent. We stayed in the walled garden.
The staff were exceptional and the facilities were clean and tidy and well stocked. My only gripe was the person next door to us complaining about us having a pre approved fire as agreed with the site before arrival. Other than that, we have already decided to go back as soon as we can.
Great site large pitches
May 2025 Fantastic site, so quiet with a lovely park for children. Electric tent pitches are big (around 9m x 7m) so could fit our tent on it, no bother, with a nice little car park next to the pitch. Really good perk that you only pay once for the safari park, but get to use it for all your stay, which we didn't know till we got to the site, but the weather was poor so it meant we could nip in and out depending on the weather.
Smiddy café is well worth a visit for some nice food, there is a forest walk but we drove round instead, quite busy (for good reason) but lots of tables.
Facilities are really clean and looked after. There is a family bathroom too, it was large enough for us all to shower which, with an energetic toddler, was a good bonus.
For 2 of the nights, there was an ice cream van that visited the site too, there is also a pizza van but it wasn't on when we were there (assume too early in the season!)
All in all, it was a great stay at the site (even with the weather).
