Clear filters First time camping with Puppy
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2022 First time away with our 19 week old puppy camping. As a 3 generation family, our granddaughter enjoyed the pirate ship sandpit & slide climbing frame.
Ground is level, which is great for camping, though there are some sneaky rocks under the grass when banging in tent pegs. The freshly made pizza van that came to the site on Friday evening was a hit.
A little suggestion maybe - numbered pitches to avoid confusion when pitching up. The owners very friendly & helpful & it was lovely to let our granddaughter watch and feed the chickens.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2022 Fantastic campsite with helpful and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend for those with young children to book this site as it was brilliant, with the children's play area inclining a pirate ship and sand pit.
One of the best sites we have stayed on in a while and would definitely book to stay again.

Had a really nice weekend
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2022 It was a really nice pretty site, and it was nice it being a farm also. Staff were helpful and friendly, with a lovely park for the children to just run off and enjoy, fire pits are so nice and fun to enjoy with plenty of wood which you can buy. The facilities were nice and clean, although the hot water pressure for the washing up area was rather low, but nothing that wasn't workable. The children made lots of friends on our weekend away and didn't want to leave, we will most likely come again.
Stunning
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2022 Campsite was stunning.The owners are lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. More suited for a camping holiday I would say. The communal areas include fridges and a BBQ area. I do recommend taking some stronger tent pegs as there are quite a few stones and I bent a few of my cheaper ones. Would definitely book in future. Very happy.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2022 Amazing campsite went to visit my daughter working in Butlins and it was very close. The site was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. Everything you could ask for was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Moorhouse.
