Cantref Camp Site is the perfect way to enjoy the clear skies and endless views of the Brecon Beacons from your tent or campervan. Not only can you bring the whole family and your dog too, but everyone will be whooping for joy at Cantref Adventure Farm Park with rides, cuddly animals and a stunning slide. You can also learn to ride in the Brecons, with the site's horse riding centre.

About the site

Set deep in the Brecon Beacons National Park, this is camping for families and groups that love the outdoor world and all its activities. Just three miles from Brecon, you also have easy access to local amenities along with the site's excellent facilities. Pitches for tents and small camper vans with electric hook up. Clear nights from your tent will be simply stunning, as the national park is an acclaimed International Dark Sky Reserve, perfect for taking in the Milky Way without any light pollution. From your pitch, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and the sweeping countryside of the national park. You have access to the calm and relaxation of the Welsh countryside alongside a host of great attractions that will keep even the most active of kids happy. There are also heated wooden pods with plug sockets, lighting, and insulation. The Snowdrop features a private wet room and secure enclosed garden. Bluebell includes a kitchenette, private wet room, and enclosed garden. All camping pods have a wood-fired hot tub. Dogs welcome.

Site facilities include a shower block with dishwashing area. Fire pits are available to hire onsite, and additional wood can be purchased from reception.

The site is based at an adventure farm park, providing guests with free entry to animal encounters, indoor and outdoor play areas, and various rides. The park also features a horse riding centre, VIP animal experiences (like goat and alpaca walking), and Segway rides, which are available at an additional cost.

The Drovers Arms is also a five minute drive away. For those everyday shopping essentials, head over to Morrisons or Aldi, ten minutes away.
