Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass PitchesJun 2024

First time tourer, first time on site. Only stayed for one evening to set up my caravan. Site very roomy, separate enclosed dog area to let dogs have a run, facilities very new and clean. Coming back again.

One of the best sites I've been to in a while

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesJun 2024

From the moment I checked in, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was shown to my pitch which was very spacious with the ability to leave space between tents. The onsite staff are constantly driving around on their buggy making sure everything was ok and offer advice on things around the site to do. The onsite food was good, pizzas, burgers and hotdogs, only tried the pizzas but it was really nice and freshly made. There is also an onsite bar that has pool table, table football etc, not sure if it's every Saturday, but there was karaoke on in the bar when we were there. We got a discount to visit the Burton Constable house, so for me and my son, it was only just over £10 to get into the house, stables and other stuff there. The toilets/showers look like it's not been long since they have been refurbished and are kept really clean. There are 4 or 5 showers but myself and my son where up and in them at 7:30 so wasn't too bad. Overall, this is one of the better sites I have been to. If I was to be really really picky, I'd say take a footprint or sheet to put down under your tent/awning as there is a little bit of goose poo, but as I say, that's being really picky and it didn't alter our enjoyment one bit, it's actually quite nice to have them walking around.

Fantastic
