Medium Tent - Standard Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Lovely location in the countryside between Cornwall and Devon.
Good and clean facilities; no coins needed for the hot showers which is great. Very well looked after pitches. Very good wifi connection.
Small shop onsite with ice bags and other local shops nearby.

Glamping Cabin - Swallows Cabin Aug 2024 Fantastic 4 night trip in the Swallow cabin. We have 2 boys aged 11 and 4, both loved the indoor hall and the amount of things to do in there. They made friends easily with other campers.
Bathroom and toilet facilities were kept clean and they even have family shower rooms with 2 showers in, making it easier.
The fire pits and hammocks down by the little stream were brilliant for evenings chatting with neighbours and toasting marshmallows, whilst the kids ran around burning off that last bit of energy.
Woodview is in a great location with beaches, theme parks and lots to do within a short drive. We'll definitely be back, and next time for longer.

Really good campsite
Extra Large Tent - Extra Large Grass Pitch Aug 2024 This is a really nice and affordable campsite with extras such as campfire pits and play room. It is a nice countryside and not far from the local town.

Clean, friendly staff and very reasonably priced
Glamping Cabin - Robins Roost Cabin Aug 2024 Great value for money - big family shower/ bathroom, lovely friendly staff and very clean. We stayed in Robins Roost, which was perfect for our family of four. The activity barn was great for our children on rainy days and I love how the shop sells a variety of things, including second hand bargains.
I bought a much needed raincoat for 3 pounds and an umbrella for my daughter for 2 pounds. Very refreshing to experience not being ripped off! Many thanks 😊

Great campsite

A lovely family campsite
Large Tent - Large Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We really loved staying here. The showers and toilets were clean, there were some great areas for campfires in the evening.

A lovely stay in the Robin Roost cabin
Glamping Cabin - Robins Roost Cabin Aug 2023 We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, and shown our lovely cabin, which was absolutely clean and well-equipped. The facilities are very clean as well. From our cabin, we had a very nice view on the countryside!
The only down side is that our first neighbours were very noisy, but these are the joys of camping! Besides, children seemed to have a great time all together.
We recommend visiting the Hartland Abbey and Tintagel Castle, respectively 30min/45min drive.

VW-Type Campervan - Standard Grass Pitches with Hardstanding Apr 2023 Excellent stay - everything was beautiful and clean. The showers were excellent and there was a great play area for children.

Great service!
Glamping Cabin - Robins Roost Cabin Apr 2023 Stayed here when storm Noah hit and had to find shelter. Hunkered down in their cabin which was really comfortable. The owner was friendly and very helpful. It's In a quiet location but away from main roads so might need a bit of driving.
We've no complaints at all, the facilities were good, wish we had more time. I will consider a stay in our camper when we're down this way again.

Really nice site
Glamping Cabin - Swallows Cabin Sep 2022 Staff were welcoming, site is clean and organised.
Has a huge indoors play area in case of bad weather for badminton, basketball, table tennis etc. The small shop on site offers fresh eggs, homemade honey and charcoal. We could even buy a portable gas cooker for a fair price!
Is about a 20 minute drive from Bude, Clovelly.

Lovely little getaway
Glamping Cabin - Woodpecker Cabin Aug 2022 Brilliant stay for me and my family, we have had a lovely time. My second visit this time and opted for the wood cabin and they are comfortable and cosy. Fire pits and star gazing is a must- don't forget your marshmallows 🥰.

Thank you for your lovely review. You can make some great memories around a campfire, looking at the stars. The games room is good for entertaining the children too.
