We didn't realise it was as far south as it was but it was still OK for visiting places.

Small Tent - Serviced Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Just off of the A30, the site was accessible and close by to several different shops and pubs.
There was very little human interaction but the cashier in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around.
The bathroom facilities were incredibly clean and well maintained.

Single Axle Caravan - Premium Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2024 The site is very clean as are all of the facilities. Also, the pitches are large.
All of the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the fact that the fully serviced pitch we were given was not one I was expecting and was not level. After travelling for nearly 8 hours and then having to put up the awning before resting, I was not in the best of tempers.
Also the Wi-Fi was almost non existent, although I was told that they were upgraded by a different supplier. Perhaps these are teething problems that need to be fixed. Also, the television reception was poor. We went to charity shops and bought DVD's, as did some of the others I spoke to.
The following morning, I saw the groundsman, whose name I think was Kevin, and he lent me a car jack to jack up the caravan. This made it perfect. Although I was annoyed at first, I have to say, the pitch we were given turned out to be excellent.
We were there for two weeks. The first week was really hot but it rained almost constantly the following week and I was afraid the ground would be so water logged we wouldn't be able to get off but I needn't have worried because there was no problem at all.
I also proved to myself that you do not need Wi-Fi or a television to exist.

Twin Axle Caravan - XL Serviced Grass Pitches Sep 2024 I didn't want to review it before I'd had a chance of rebooking for 2025, so now I've rebooked, here goes.
I loved it ! I loved the peace and quiet, the dogs enjoyed the little park, although not sure that it is totally secure (however I could be wrong), with a dog that would escape from Colditz.
So yes, we've rebooked for 2025 and will enjoy every quite, peaceful minute.

Single Axle Caravan - Serviced Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Loved this quiet site. Well kept grounds. The showers and toilets were clean and hot. Close to lots of attractions. Would definitely stay again. Lovely friendly lady in the shop. We had a problem with the barrier one night and it was sorted speedily and efficiently.

Single Axle Caravan - XL Serviced Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Little gem of a site. Great size plots, all immaculately maintained with lots of privacy. Shower/toilet block couldn't be faulted even if only 3 showers/wcs/sinks. Never seemed an issue. Dog field is fabulous as it's leads off, safe & secure and all owners respect the rules.

Lovely site kept well with decent facilities. Everything you could need. Handily placed for discovering west Cornwall. We recommend the coast road drive from Pendeen lighthouse to St Ives. B3036.
Worth double checking your pitch number by email as after two days, we were left with a note on our van to pop into reception where we were told we needed to move pitch as we'd pitched on the wrong one. However, we'd pitched on the one given in the automatic check in email so we had pitched where instructed. This was a system error on the part of the site and not ours, so we were able to stay on the pitch in the end.
Other than that, it was a fantastic stay on a lovely site.
Such a well run and peaceful site
Medium Tent - Serviced Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Adult-only camping, great in summer and rare in Cornwall. Location is great as we travelled no more than 30 minutes to anywhere, North, South & West coasts. Found some wonderful coves away from the masses, st Loy's, Porthgwarra to name just 2. Good country pubs and only 15 minutes from Penzance for every shop you could possibly need.

Amazing campsite!
Medium Tent - Serviced Grass Pitches Aug 2024 This was our first time camping and what a beautiful campsite we chose! Feels rural enough without being miles away from everything! Our little dog loved the dog exercise field and watching the cows next door!
This was an adult only campsite so it was lovely and quiet. The shop on site was perfect for last minute shopping on things people may forget. The shower/toilet block were lovely and clean! 😊
Will definitely be back!

Medium Tent - Serviced Grass Pitches Aug 2024 A lovely quiet campsite with mature hedging making lovely pitches.
The facilities are modern and very well maintained. The dog field was a real bonus and allowed our dog to have a good run around.
Superb location for visiting west Penwith, lots of places to visit and good walks within 20-30 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Very quiet, facilities clean and never had to wait to use any. The sweetest campsite cat would come and say hello of an evening!
We never had to check in in person as all barriers are number plate recognition which is super helpful!
Would recommend going down to Sennen Cove and having Pizza on the beach! 10 minutes drive from Land's End.
