What a let down!

Well laid out site in a scenic, quiet area, but showers kept going cold in the ladies, no heating on in either (reception block) and it was well past its best. Won't be returning.

Lovely campsite

Great, budget campsite - we had a lovely time.

Great campsite

Great campsite. Kids loved the pool, an easy reach to many attractions and friendly staff. Nothing is to much trouble. Clean and tidy.

Our visit

Nice site. Shower and toilet block small, could improve the size and quality.

Vacation

We had a vacation with our family, we liked it very much, everything was quite calm, clean, the children had fun at the playground and the pool. If necessary, you can buy firewood and order food. In the evening, we lit a fire. It was very nice and we would like to come again. Thank you 😊

Fantastic

Fantastic family site. We have loved our stay here! We think this will be the first of many.

Excellent site

Very good site. Very clean. Central to all Cornwall, any issues dealt with very quickly. Stayed on owl gold pitch over bank holiday. Very busy but always clean, cleaners excellent. Would definitely return.

Brilliant place

Brilliant place, amazing campsite. Only one downfall could do with a little shop but everything else was amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Thanks for the great review :) we like to support the independent businesses in our local village which is within walking distance of the park, this is why we choose not to have a shop.

Wonderful first camping trip!

A wonderful stay at Lanyon Holiday Park. Our first camping trip so we didn't know what to expect, but it was fantastic! Very clean and well organised. We will certainly be back.

Family holiday

Beautifully kept site. Love the hedges between pitches. Great being able to have campfires. Toilet/shower/washing up blocks are kept really clean. Best hot showers I've ever experienced in a campsite. The only thing I would comment on is that it would have been nice to have actually seen the owners/team. Didn't see anyone the whole time of our stay.

Amazing spot

Amazing park, run by an amazing couple. Only met the gent and he couldn't have been more kind, friendly and polite - just an all round nice guy. All facilities were clean. The pool was a god send for the children. So many things to do within a half mile in all directions. Would definitely book again.

Brilliant, clean and peaceful

Site pitches were a brilliant size meaning we could fit a VW Camper and a 4 meter tent.

Great stay with kids

Very pleasant, relaxed and clean campsite, good location for daily travel to different beaches across cornwall. Clean facilities and loads of fun for kids. I’ll be happy to come back.

What a great site

What a little gem of a site, not only did we get an electric hook up but running water as well for every pitch on our field. Great location for everything in Cornwall, you can be on either coast in 35min and parked! Only negative is the lack of a shop, but the swimming pool easily made up for it. And given we must have attended on one of the busiest weeks of the year, it actually didn't get that busy. Staff were friendly and always on hand, the check in process was amazing. What a simple but great approach.
