Motorhome - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2025

Had a fab weekend stay at Innis Inn Campsite. The owner - Mark was absolutely fantastic! A warm welcome with nothing being too much trouble for him - it is obvious that he enjoys running his site and likes to see everyone there having a good time! We stayed due to location for attending an Eden Sessions evening and Mark even did lifts to and fro! We would definitely come back again and would recommend this site for all the reasons above! So laid back which made it a part of the charm!

Wonderful stay Innis Inn Campsite. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by the owner and advised where we could pitch up and the location of the welfare facilities. The toilets and showers were very clean and tidy. Lovely walk from the site down to the Eden Project.

Lovely rural location but still close to Porthcurno and various other places. Lovely owner, very helpful when it came to tips of places to go. Very peaceful and facilities were great. Highly recommend! Thanks Marc for a great stay.

We arrived to be greeted straight away by Mark, he was very helpful, and friendly. The shower/toilets are clean and tidy, there are facilities at the end of the shower/toilets to wash up. The cost of electricity was very fair. It is a very well kept campsite with every thing you need. Very close to eden project, 3 min drive. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality Mark.

Perfect location for Eden Project or Eden Sessions in our case. Walked to EP, took about 25 minutes to the park and ride bus, or another 25 mins down to the visitor centre. After concert easier to walk out of the site with everyone else, but best bit is you can be back to campsite within an hour when it could take double that just to get out of the car parks. Campsite had everything we needed, simple stuff with hook up paid on site to Mark who was welcoming and available if needed.

Perfect little site

Fantastic little campsite with all the amenities. Just had new Wi-Fi installed so we could plan our stay. Staff on site were happy to see us and give us recommendations. Nice walk around the fly fishing lake too! Strongly recommend a visit.

VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Oct 2024

After booking a weekend break, we arrived late Friday night to our site. The owners came out to greet us and show us where we could pitch. In the morning, we woke to a pleasant campsite which was lovely, clean and very quiet. The owner came out and said we could pitch anywhere we wanted and mentioned loads of different walks for us and our dog. The facilities were lovely and clean, and lovely, hot, decent showers. I would highly recommend this place and we can not wait to go back next year. Fabulous hosts.

Nice location, very handy for Eden Project, but facilities were only adequate

Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Oct 2024

We stayed overnight between visits to Eden Project, and the campsite is very handy for that, and in a very nice setting. We didn't arrive until late afternoon, and we left again fairly early due to commitments. The owner was very pleasant and directed us to the most convenient pitch, next to the wash facilities etc (it is out of season and so very quiet). He explained that only one of the showers was working as the heating had been turned off, and I presume therefore the middle one with an electric shower in that he seemed to direct us to was the one to use. However, the electric shower did not work, and the other showers were freezing cold. Also, the lights in the shower block are on a sensor which is outside the shower cubicle, so whilst trying to sort the shower I was plunged into darkness. I was cold and it was wet outside so I went back and showered in the van and couldn't face the idea of going out in the rain again to make the owner aware. I didn't find a chemical toilet disposal area, but it wasn't a priority so perhaps I just didn't look hard enough, but it certainly wasn't clear on the building if there was one. Given the cost per night, with electric hook-up charged extra, and particularly in comparison to a very similar type of site we are in tonight where the facilities, whilst still fairly basic, are a step-up and cheaper with electric hook-up and Wi-Fi included, I feel overall quite disappointed with the site.

Site's response

The electric shower was working. He just needed to pull the switch outside the shower room, as told to him by myself. Why go for a shower in the cold when you have one in your motorhome. (My comment he should have stayed at a Travel lodge)

VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Sep 2024

The campsite was flat, optional electric hook up which we used and paid owner when leaving. A lovely welcome from the owner on arrival, explained where things were, very easy going and told us where we could walk to and places to visit. The campsite was very quiet. Facilities available, waste disposal, fresh water, dish washing and recycling. In each block there were 3 toilets of which were combined with the shower, therefore, bear in mind when you need to use toilet dirt may have been walked into this area. Brushes were left in each cubicle to clean up once shower was used. Our tip would be to wear flip flops when showering. The Eden Project 2 miles away and well within walking distance, aside from a couple mins walk on the road, the rest of the way was on very safe pathways. Stayed all day this is a must see and plenty to do, on the way back we picked blackberries! Lots to visit, Charlestown around 20 mins, St Austell 10 mins and Aldi nearby plus more.
