VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Such a lovely site. Owners welcoming and the team were very helpful and hospitable. Great to have the option of a burger upon returning from the Eden project! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)
Great campsite Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Really great campsite, well maintained and perfect for Eden Sessions or any kind of stay. Cooked breakfast on offer and a BBQ after the Sessions.
My kind of place Recommends site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 I came here for three nights with my granddaughter. She loved it.
Mark and the others were very friendly, helpful and made us very welcome.
It was very busy because of a concert at the Eden Project but everyone was quiet and friendly.
It's clean and tidy but wild and natural at the same time.
It's our kind of place and we'll be back. Thanks Mark.
Great little campsite Recommends site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 We had such a lovely chilled stay at this campsite. Mark, the owner, made us feel very welcome.
Great site if you are visiting the Eden project and some lovely beaches not far away. We will hope to return.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 What an amazing little site this is.
Nice little walk to Eden.
Owners were so friendly and accommodating, even had a fire pit on the go when we returned from Eden Sessions.
Very well kept grounds and clean toilets and showers. Definitely recommend.

Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2024 Absolutely fantastic! So friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again.
Fatboy Slim at Eden VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2024 Great place. Easy to find, park and get sorted once there. Cheeky lift to Eden £2.50 each person each way but super convenient. All round great stay.
Perfect site, Mark the owner was ever so helpful, 5 stars Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2024 A great site, perfect for the Eden project and Mark, the owner, was ever so helpful. Highly recommended.

Definitely going again!
Even dropped us off and picked us up from Eden for the gig we went too!

Great location for Eden sessions Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Defo recommend this campsite for Eden sessions- such a good location. And staff so helpful and friendly. A super find we thought!
Beautiful Campsite Recommends site
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Fantastic site, just a mile away from the entrance to the Eden Project, although a further walk if the shuttles are not running inside the project. The site itself is very pretty with a spacious and clean shower / toilet area. Loved it.
Fabulous. peaceful and beautiful Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2024 My husband and I were going to the Eden Project, so we stayed here as it is walking distance. A beautiful, peaceful site.
The lawns were well mown and the wonderful wild flowers of foxgloves and ferns edged the site. There was bird song, wild rabbits and squirrels running about.
The host, Mr Taylor, was lovely. Very helpful and we chatted with him. He has some interesting stories to tell.
The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a loo and a shower in each spacious cubicle, so plenty of elbow room in the shower for tall people like me. The water was nice and hot too.
We will be going again next year.
Idyllic location Recommends site
Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2024 This is a lovely site in the World Heritage Site, Luxulyan Valley and not far from the Eden Project.
If you want an immaculate site with perfectly edged hard standings etc and loads of facilities nearby, then this site is not for you. It is a good 25 minute walk, up hill to the nearest shop (no footways but road is not busy) and the nearest pub is about a 30 minute walk away. The road to the campsite is easy to drive to.
We cycled to the Eden Project, along the Clay Trails - it is a straight forward route taking between 15 and 20 minutes. We also cycled around the area (very hilly), which is lovely and deserved of the WHS status. Mark is an excellent host and happy to help out if needed.
I would say that if you do want tranquillity, then don't book when the Eden Project is in full swing with its entertainment as the campsite will get very busy, but having said that, if you want to go to one of the Eden Project concerts, it is ideal. As is often the case with Cornwall, the weather moves quickly on - sun one minute then it could be raining the next. There is no dog walk on the site, but the Clay Trails and public footpaths are very close to the entrance.
We loved the site and hope to return.
Friendly owner Recommends site
Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2024 Friendly owner and a pretty location. The facilities were very basic but okay for 1 or 2 nights.
Great little campsite Recommends site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 This is a charming little campsite, basic but all the more perfect for it. The owner, Mark is the nicest person you could wish to meet, I’ll be returning in August 😉
Great campsite Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Very nice campsite, next to fly fishing lakes, Mark the owner is great and all-in-all a great stay.
Lovely green place to stay Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2024 I arrived at a beautiful place, bordered with a variety of old trees and grown shrubs. Home to a lot of singing birds. I was welcomed by Marc, the owner who was very helpful and friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere around the place. The bathrooms were fine for me. The pitches are fine. There's a lot to see in the environment such as the Eden Project which is very near. In the area you can do clay walks (trails). I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back and stay longer.
Fantastic Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Mark couldn't have been more accommodating, a large group of us (family and friends) stayed to celebrate a birthday. Venue was perfect, we even saw the Northern lights, a first for many of us. Would recommend the camp site and will be gong back at some point I'm sure.
Lovely friendly site Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2024 A great location for walking to the Eden Project for the day. Mark is so friendly and helpful. The showers were lovely and warm and kept clean too. Peaceful too, woken by bird song.
Handy little site VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2024 Great little find in walking distance of the Eden Project. Mark was a friendly host who is very busy making improvements after all the rain this winter. Clean and tidy facilities, no frills, but plenty of hot water. Bird Song in the mornings was incredible. If you plan to walk to Eden be prepared for additional distance if the Park and Ride is not running.
Value for money Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2024 Spent the night at Innis Inn in our 6m campervan and found the site good value for money. Easy to find and a really nice location, very tranquil and quiet.
Great place if you have dog/dogs as the site has plenty of grassy areas and lovely flowers all around. Nice walk to a lake on the "Clay Trail" but shame the weather has made the path somewhat wet.
The facilities were clean and had all the amenities that "real" campers need, without so called "posh" refinements.
In all honesty, Innis Inn was good value, a really pleasant location and a very friendly site owner. We would certainly go back and would recommend the site.
Just the job Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Oct 2023 Perfect location for the Eden Project. This site is so peaceful, which made our stay very relaxing.
Mark, our host was very accommodating. He gave us some pointers on the local area and made sure we had everything for our stay. Mark will give you enough attention without being around you all the time. We were having a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi and Mark very kindly got an extra long electric cable so we could move closer to the main house. So he was always trying to make our stay special.
Perfect location for the Eden Project Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Oct 2023 Perfectly situated for a visit to the Eden Project - just around the corner. It also has a fly fishing lake and a very nice walk through the Clay Trail. My wife, dog, and me walked for over 4 hours.
The nearest shop we found was a good 2 miles away which had a Spar, Co-op and a pub for a well earned pint.
The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to go.
Poor signal for EE users. You'll have to find a sweat spot to enjoy Wi-Fi. We tried the free Wi-Fi, but couldn't get a signal.
For a couple of nights, it's lovely and clean.
Lovely Campsite! Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2023 Absolutely fantastic stay at this campsite. Lovely place, spacious pitches and very clean toilets/showers. Mark the owner is so lovely and friendly, we had a lovely chat around the bonfire the night we stayed. Honestly such a lovely place. There is also a very lovely doggo named Buddy.
We would 100% stay here again when we get back to Cornwall.
Excellent location to the Eden Project, literally just down the road.
