Medium Tent - Valley Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect – surrounded by nature and just the right distance from local attractions.
What really stood out was the cleanliness of the entire site. Everything was spotless, and the toilet and shower facilities were some of the best we’ve ever experienced at a campsite – modern, well-maintained, and very clean.
The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and truly unwind. It was so quiet and calm, we found ourselves wishing we had booked to stay longer.
Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

The off lead dog walking field was lovely. The food truck and bar with a different theme every night was great value for money. Pub next door. It's a long walk into Ilfracombe but reception booked us a taxi for £15 with 2 small dogs. Pitches are really big and very clean.
Would highly recommend and will be back.

Yet again a fab stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Valley Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Second time staying here and it has yet to disappoint. The camp site is fabulous, lots to do, we brought our 2 year old with us and he loved the games room and the park area that they have.
We all enjoyed pizza on the first night, a help yourself style carvery with homemade crumble and custard for after and on our final night, we had a chippy tea. All of which were delicious and so well priced. All the staff we encountered were cheerful, welcoming and informative. We will defo venture back here next year. One of our favourite places to be now.

VW-Type Campervan - Valley Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Really nice campsite. Initially I thought it wasn't quite my scene but everyone is really friendly and it was nice having a drink at the bar one night and enjoying the very delicious on site pizzas.
We also had a lovely time watching the sunset and walking the coastal path, so it was all very lovely and would defo recommend and return to.
Lovely big pitches too.

Unbeatable sunset views but a long walk to the toilets
Medium Tent - Ocean View Non Electric Grass Pitches (Allocated) Jul 2025 The photos don't lie, it's a fantastic location with wonderful sunset views and great places to visit nearby, either by car or on foot. The site is well-kept, with generous pitches all neatly organised. The on-site food hut and bar are good value with great cocktails and nice food. Plus, there's a well-stocked little shop in reception, and the staff are lovely. We loved the themed food nights and renting a fire pit for a nice campfire sunset.
Ocean view pitches - fantastic views, but if you're in a tent in bad weather, it gets a bit nerve-wracking in the wind 😂
Downside: the lack of bathroom facilities, which are currently limited to the bottom of the site. If you're in the upper part, then those late-night or early-morning trips to the toilet will not be pleasant. There's a long route, or a very steep shorter walk down to the toilets, as the portaloos at the top of the site are out of order (and look to have been for some time). The main shower block, however, is really clean and well-maintained.
There was also an 8am emptying of the chemical toilet disposal point, for which there was no warning. It's directly behind the main bathroom block, and the stench while it was being emptied was horrific. The timing was just the worst, as many residents were trying to get up and going for the day. I feel for those who were pitched close by, as there was no escaping the noise or the horrific smell in the lower part of the site.

Roof Tent - Ocean View Non Electric Grass Pitches (Not Allocated) Jun 2025 Beautiful location, good value for money, service was fantastic, facilities were very good but would benefit from having toilets nearer the top field as rather a long dark walk to the loo in the night however the facilities were very clean and nice to use.
Limited food options when we were there and limited menu at the local pub.

Beautiful location, between Broadsands Beach and Watermouth Harbour, with a nice pub at the far end of the site.
Very friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities. We really loved the food nights and the little bar. Very spacious pitches.

Motorhome - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Our first holiday in our new motorhome didn't disappoint. From the staff, who were very welcoming, to the cleanliness of our shower block. The views and coastal walks are amazing.
Very friendly guy at the bar and the owner's son in law who worked so hard to please everyone. Nothing was to much trouble.
