Excellent facilities, very clean and well organised site.

Tranquility

What an amazing site, it was so tranquil you wouldn't have thought there wasn't anyone there. Very clean toilet and shower block. Good area not far away from Portsmouth or Southampton and Itchen valley country park. Will be going again in the future.

Short stay and late arrival

Very nice site. Very clean and tidy and well organised.

First caravanning experience

Choose here for our first time in the caravan with no experience. Would like to say how helpful the warden Steve was who, with his knowledge, helped us set up the electrics, water and waste water and offered helpful advice.

Great weekend stay

Great central spot, quiet and by Victoria Park which is worth a walk around.

My stay

An ideal site, spacious, well serviced with good facilities, although I felt the toilet block and showers could be cleaned more often. The laundry and wash up were good. The waste management was good, allowing recycling and general disposal. The site warden was very helpful indeed. I'd definitely book again if travelling to that area.

Great site

Recently stayed at Sunnydale in my Vivaro campervan for 5 nights, using it as a base for a training course I attended at Solent University. I booked a hard standing pitch with electrical hook up and requested close to the shower/toilet block. I got exactly what I asked for and the Wi-Fi was a bonus. I was greeted on arrival and guided to my pitch, given a brief but informative tour and given local info about shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. This was the first time I had used the van to sleep in and couldn't find fault with anything onsite. Warm, clean showers and toilet block and separate laundry with sinks.

Overnight stay

A spotlessly clean site and facilities. We had a warm welcome with clear instructions on how to access our allocated pitch.

Night away

Stayed at Sunnydale Farm Camping and Caravan site to try out our new motorhome. The site was easy to find and access was good. The park warden was very helpful and showed us to our pitch and made sure we were parked up and all good. The pitches were very flat and a good distance from each other. Services were good and the site facilities were clean and well looked after. Short walk to the pub for food and the local farm shop. Would definitely recommend and use the site again.

Little bit of road noise

Little bit of road noise but nothing to put me off staying again. Great stop off location for me, arrived late and left early. Site and facilities are high quality and spotless. The road was a little bit loud at times, but nothing to complain about, enjoyable stop off for me.

Positive stay

Have used this site on a number of occasions as it suits our needs and is conveniently located. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Don't expect a clubhouse or entertainment, as it is not that type of park. Internet was flakey at times, but is free so not a problem for us. Fully expect to use this site again in the future.

Short break for event in Netley

Loved our stay at Sunnydale Farm, quiet and peaceful site but with all you need. Hot showers, clean toilet/shower area, washing up room, launderette. We walked into Netley a couple of times and visited the Royal Victoria Hospital site - well worth a visit.

Stop off stay

Lovely site and good facilities. The warden was very friendly and accommodating. Good dog walk. Good size pitches.

Fantastic campsite

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The campsite represents excellent value for money. There are shops and pubs close by and the facilities are well-maintained. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

A lovely campsite with great amenities

I am a disabled Blue Badge holder and the campsite was very helpful in fulfilling my requests before we camped. Everything was good on arrival with Steve being particularly helpful. The showers were well laid out and of a high standard. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much for all your support.

Our visit

Friendly and welcoming owners, who were most patient as I'd not read the email fully about what to do if arriving after 5pm! Good security and facilities which were clean and with plenty of space. We were in Pitch 1 (just staying the one night). We did find that being so close to the road was a bit noisy with passing traffic - instead of enjoying sitting outside our campervan in the evening sunshine, we just walked down to the pub in Netley (Prince Consort). Even at 8:30pm, traffic was passing by every 10 - 15 seconds (I timed it!) I've stated below that I'd recommend the site to others but would warn them about the noise of the traffic on the road along the edge of the campsite and suggest they try to get a pitch on the other side of the campsite!

Peaceful site

Lovely site. Very organised and tidy, sadly not very busy. But I guess for me it was perfect. I will be returning to this site. Such a gorgeous place.
