Honest review Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 This site is a mixture of seasonal caravans and touring caravans.
It's quiet and dog friendly, with dog a walking area of a quarter of a mile. The pitches are fully serviced, but check if you decide to stay, and it accommodated our 7 metre long van.
Now to the downside, you pay 50p for a shower and it only lasts just over 3 minutes. There are only two in a block, but the sinks have hot water and you can leave them running for ten minutes, but can't have a free five minute shower.
The toilets just can't cope with demand, when I initially went into the toilets, my first impression was that the kids had deliberately blocked them with toilet paper, but after using them, I knew the truth. You have to flush before using toilet paper, then flush again at the end, and hope it's not blocked.
Would I go again? Yes, if slight changes were made, free shower and a complete overhaul of the toilets.

Facilities are great, very clean and organised. Good size pitch. Everyone was lovely. Really friendly and helpful. It was fairly booked up (pitches all taken around ours) but so quiet at night. 100% would recommend!

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 We stayed on the paddock electric putch, its a beautiful site, very quiet and lovely surroundings, staff on site are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, toilet and shower blocks are kept lovely and clean, 50p for a shower which is ample time , thanks for a lovely stay x
Fantastic site and location
Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Adults Only, Lake View) May 2026 A lovely tranquil pet friendly site with well spaced pitches. There are multiple toilet and shower blocks across the site. We had a fully serviced pitch with a lake view, good tv and mobile reception. Good access into skegness and local takeaways. Highly recommended.

Motorhome - Electric Grass and Gravel Hardstanding Pitches May 2026 Great site. Toilets and site immaculate everything you need. Hubby loved the fishing.
Does have a lot of permanent vans sited although saying that, the pitches are well spaced out with gravel and grass, so no problem.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Adults Only, Lake View) Oct 2025 Staff very friendly and welcoming, the site is spotless.
2 fishing lakes well stocked with good size fish, toilets and showers was amazingly clean.
Only a short walk of about 45min to Ingoldmells, ended up booking another night it was that good. Thank you to all at the Laurels.
