Clear filters Perfect! Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2023 Peaceful, quiet and a little out of the way, but worth it.
Challenging at times, but the weather did not help Twin Axle Caravan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2023 Location was great for visiting north Norfolk, close to the beach and amenities. The field in which the caravan was sited, had overgrown grass and it was quite boggy.
A thunderstorm took out the electric on site, we phoned the owners as their electric had come back on and asked if there was a separate trip for the caravan site, and we were told no. Not helpful in this situation. Electric was £8 per night!
The showers were not cleaned.
Coffee shop, plus staff were excellent.
Brilliant campsite for the whole family
Motorhome - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2023 Brilliant campsite, good coffee, own bread making and a windmill! Entertainment for whole family and brilliant walks for the dog, highly recommended.
First visit
Motorhome - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2023 We were not met on arrival and didn't see any site representative during our stay other than a lady in the bakery who told us one thing and a lady in the café who contradicted her. We bought bread off site.
The site itself was ok though.

Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2023 We absolutely loved this place! I used to come here a lot as a child as lived locally. It hasn't changed and kept its charm.
Staff were lovely, the young lad with glasses and a lady named Linda in the café were helpful and very smiley. Elly was contactable on mobile and very quick to respond and eager to help.
Close to beaches and things to do. My step daughter loved the horse and donkey and she has requested a return trip. The shower rooms were really lovely and the showers were fab!
Great site for a peaceful Autumn break
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Sep 2022 We were hoping for a quiet site from which we could explore the nearby coastline and inland woods and heathland, with our dog. We were not disappointed.
The night sky was so clear that the stars seemed almost dazzling! As we lay in our tent in the early morning, we could hear many different types of bird calls and out walking, we saw deer, hares and flocks of migrating geese in the fields nearby. At this time of year it does get cold at night, so we were very grateful for the hot showers.
We took home a loaf of bread made from the flour milled on site - lovely bread!
Lovely location VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Sep 2022 Bircham Windmill is a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed watching the red kites each morning and evening.
This was simply brilliant
Shepherd's Hut - Romney Shepherd's Hut Sep 2022 Could not have been better, this was an excellent one night stay. The location and hut were great. The staff were warm and friendly. We will come again.
