lovely location

Nice little site we have visited before and will definitely return again

Ideal for a short break

We stayed for one night to see a musician playing in Coldstream. The campsite is in easy walking distance of the town. Clean showers and toilets. Great ground to pitch the tent too.

Poor facilities

Nice site for holiday homes but very poor facilities. I felt they were not enough for the amount of campers staying there and they were not full and not cleaned enough compared to other sites we have stayed at.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback on board and will take this into account for future developments. We do have 2 extra units behind the amenity block with extra showers and toilets for use during busy periods. Our shower facilities are thoroughly cleaned twice a day with cleaning products left inside for guests to use after themselves. Unfortunately, not everyone follows this request and during busy times, our house keeping team need to wait until the big morning rush to get inside to do their job. I'm sorry on this occasion we did not meet with your expectations. The Coldstream Team.

Exploring Coldstream

A nice site just outside Coldstream and an easy walk in. The local shops provide basic needs.

Superb site

Staff friendly and helpful, site was clean, all the facilities were spotless and it is close to the main road. Would definitely recommend Coldstream Caravan Park.

First stay

First time at this location, and trying out a new tent. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and gave clear instructions of the locations around the site. A very clean and well kept place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coldstream. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Toilets and facilities spotlessly clean. Beautiful walk just around the edge of the campsite with stunning views. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Great location and facilities

Great little site, with welcoming staff and good facilities. It's a short walk into Coldstream, with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Plenty of walks all around Coldstream itself.

Highly recommend this caravan park

It's been an amazing stay, very pleased with the facilities. Caravan itself was very clean and cosy, very tidy. Hot tub was working great, we found everything that you may need for longer stay. We wish best luck to all team!

Excellent stopover

Great location and stopover for those heading north or returning south. 10 minutes walk into Coldstream either by footpath on the main road or via the riverside walk, which is great for dogs. Easy access to the beautiful River Tweed with paths going in both directions. Only negative for us was the toilet/showers. There were not enough to service a full, busy park, although they were clean enough.

Lovely, quiet site

Lovely site for some late summer sun during the nice September weather. Very friendly lady on the check in desk on arrival, who made me feel welcome. Quiet site of static caravans, pods, camping field and 14 hard standing plots for caravans and campervans. Spacious hard standing plots for campervans with water tap nearby. Clean toilet and shower - I didn't use the main block, just the single toilets and showers behind and they were spotless and cleaned regularly. Lovely 10-15 minute walk into Coldstream along the river. I would recommend this site.

Surperb holiday site

We camped at Coldstream holiday park for 4 nights. Lovely, well looked after site in an ideal location. Facilities very clean, staff very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely revisit in the future and recommend. Thank you for having us!

Fabulous overnight stay

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Coldstream Holiday Park. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful, the park was easy to navigate and the facilities were modern and clean. The park is ideally located, just 10 minute walk and you are in Coldstream where there are lots of food options and supermarkets open till 10pm. We will stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay

Absolutely loved our stay. Site is in great location with fantastic walks by the river and into Coldstream, Site is very well maintained and clean, Toilet and showers are great with an indoor wash for dishes. Loads of water access locations. Dog friendly Great stay will definitely be back 👍🏼

Stunning view, lovely site with lots of amenities

Lovely site, brilliant facilities with everything you need and more. Only criticism would be the shower itself. Shower blocks are always clean and tidy, but the strength and heat of the water itself leaves you with a cold meek shower to start your day.

Fabulous site, fabulous break

Great little site with fabulous facilities. The toilet blocks were clean and warm, I had a great shower in the disabled shower, which it advises you to use if the other showers were full. A few of our party used the normal showers and said the pressure wasn't great but not the end of the world. There were water supplies located all round the site. The walk into Coldstream along the road took 10 minutes and along the river a little longer, but was a great walk. Loads of space for a game of frisbee and the main bonus is you are allowed a fire, which is what makes camping for us. You need levelling chooks for the hardstanding pitches, but it does say this on the website. All round a great break and we will definitely be back.
