Clear filters Fantastically well designed site
Jun 2025 This sight is a gem!
Everything has been very well thought through, especially if you travel with a dog. The site is beautifully landscaped, and has lots of greenery and space. The facilities are modern and kept spotless and there is a well stocked shop on site. The staff are all friendly, upbeat and professional. There is a massive, secure dog field with a dog wash and plenty of walks straight from site.
The approach to the site is pretty straightforward, the last mile or so being a narrowish but very quiet road. The vibe of the site is peaceful and most people staying were individual couples. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was so very well organised, site is a complete gem. Will definitely return.

Small Tent - Super Pitches Mar 2025 Excellent facilities, cleanliness and onsite hot food vendors. Paul and Michele couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

VW-Type Campervan - Super Pitches Mar 2025 This site is absolutely perfect, the facilities are probably the best we have seen so far and they were kept spotless.
We enjoyed playing Scrabble in the newly refurbished lounge area. We had a wonderful 3 days and could not find a fault with anything. Would definitely visit again in the summer.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Super Pitches (Walnut Terraces) Mar 2025 This is an amazing site with beautiful, warm and clean facilities. The pitch was level and private as well planted.
There is a lovely shop on site and a pizza van in the evening. A lounge and bar area for people to use.
Well organised and welcoming at the site.

Wow
VW-Type Campervan - Standard Pitches Sep 2024 We were looking for a great site for our short break and settled on this one hoping it was as good as the reviews suggested. Wow, were we surprised when it turned out to be better than expected, by a very long way. It is exceptional, from the location to the staff, everything was spot on. The facilities and cleanliness are second to none, I've stayed in nice hotels which weren't as clean as this site.
If you take a dog, you are in for a treat, the dog walking areas are spotless and like a bowling green, with a dog pond and shower room too. It's hard to describe exactly how good this place is. If you are thinking about it, do it, you won't be disappointed. Great pitch sizes too.

Stunning location
Motorhome - Super Pitches (Walnut Terraces) Apr 2024 Stunning location and a beautiful, well kept site with fantastic facilities. Bathrooms/showers are the best I have seen as yet. Not much more could do to improve them.
They also have breakfast club and evening meals that are different each night if you do wish not to cook. The pitches are kept immaculate, they are large with good waste facilities too. If you wish to walk into Glastonbury, be prepared for a steep hill climb which leads to the tor. Well worth the walk.
What a little gem
Motorhome - Super Pitches Apr 2024 One of the best campsites I've stayed at in 40 years of camping/motorhoming holidays.
If you don't like or appreciate the wonders of wildlife, enjoy the company of like-minded lovely people or enjoy helpful and good-humoured staff with no noisy children and wonderful facilities with 5 star facilities for your beloved dogs in a peaceful location, then this isn't for you!

Loads of room and good walks around including up to the Tor.

VW-Type Campervan - Standard Pitches Sep 2022 Wonderful park! The owners have thought of absolutely everything... facilities were as good as our local spa! The Tor is a short walk from the site, the onsite catering was absolutely incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
