Clear filters Friendly but busy VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2025 Friendly welcome. Pitch was level hardstanding (gravel). Enclosed on all but one side by other pitches. On the side not enclosed, we had showers and toilets.
Felt very noisy and busy. Lots of kids running around. Firepits allowed despite the hot, dry weather with no visible fire extinguishers. Separate toilets and showers, each with individual external doors, often short queue for toilet. Toilets and showers very clean.
Pizza from onsite restaurant very nice and reasonable price. Paid £22 for Internet. It kept dropping out and numerous reconnections needed.
Staff very friendly. We stayed only one night out of two booked. Too busy and crowded for us.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 We had a great welcome, lovely pitch with water supply outside each plot so no lugging heavy containers.
Lovely toilet and shower block and as many of the static plots had ensuites there was never a queue for the showers.
Great little hut with coffee machine microwave and freezers with lots of games, books and DVD's to borrow.. There's also a washer and dryer available.
We had a lovely walk through the woods, ordered croissants one morning and enjoyed camping in the sunshine and watching the bunnies in the evening.

Perfect camping weekend
VW-Type Campervan - Ensuite Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 A small, safe site only 15 mins from the beach. Wonderful staff.
We stayed over a festival weekend and it was a brilliant experience. Great music and food.
The shower and loo at the pitch was super. Dog friendly and big space to walk the dog off lead.
Highly recommended.

Relaxed stay
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 The location of the site is great, although the road to the site is a bit narrow and tight, but not the site's fault.
Staff were friendly and willing to help if asked. We would say that it requires extra showers and toilets for people not staying in a lodge or pitch with an attached shower block.
The hard pitch we had was more of a dirt track than what we would normally expect for a hard pitch, so was very difficult to pitch an awning, but not impossible.
If we stay again, we would likely go for a grass pitch with electric.
Lovely weekend away
Medium Tent - Ensuite Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 It's a really lovely and clean campsite, with a park for children and right next to the woods and a lake which is very beautiful.
The staff are very friendly, we would definitely stay there again.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 A beautiful site, very well maintained with great facilities and great people. I found some lovely people that really made me feel welcome and happy.
Some lovely places to visit not to far away and the people of Hastings and Rye were lovely to me.

We were greeted with a smile by all staff members.
The campsite facilities are amazing, from your own personal showers on some pitches to the honesty shop packed full of goodies.
Amazing woodland walks where the kids were having great fun just being kids.
The food room is such a lovely touch, families coming together to eat. You can also buy lovely food in the evenings.
A big shout out to Molly & Ky, such hardworking employees! Always smiling & happy to help!
The owner & family have got this site just right! Free to enjoy yourselves & chill!!

Great stay at Bluebell Coppice Park
VW-Type Campervan - Ensuite Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 Lovely peaceful, family friendly site. Surrounded by woodlands, which at this time of year were full of bluebells, so looked spectacular.
The only site we've been to where every pitch had an individual bathroom. These were clean and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The croissants in the morning were fresh and delicious.
The site is close to Hastings and Battle, both full of interesting places to visit. We will definitely visit this site again.
5th stay within a year, love it
Medium Tent - Ensuite Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 This was my 5th stay within a year. The site is nestled away within woodlands and fields. The team are very friendly and welcoming and always seen around site for any help you need.
Communal toilets and wash up area have always got constant supply of hot water. Water and showers have good pressure and clean. Stayed on a pitch with a private bathroom, and after a day of camping, this is a great novelty to re-energise in peace.
Site offer a small honesty shop which is great for kids wanting snacks and ice creams etc. On this visit, the team offered cooked breakfasts in the barn and also walk around the evening, before offering fresh croissants baked ready for the morning at a small cost.
Other campers were all family friendly and no issues, even when it was busy as it was easter weekend. The play area is small but its good for a swing and a climb and there's a spare grassy area for the kids to run around on. One thing I love about this site is they allow the use of firepits also, which for me is a big bonus.
Within the site, there is a very quick woodland walk to go through at night with torches, which I think is great for the kids. At the top of site at night, switch the torches off and you can see little wild rabbits roaming.
For me, for the relaxed family camper, this site is a great little stay and would highly recommend it, just don't book all the dates up so I can't get booked in again - happy camping.
Already booked for a stay in the summer with a new tent and can't wait to visit.

Site kept clean and tidy with good facilities. Wonderful selection of foods available.

Great campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Recently stayed at Bluebell Coppice campsite, got there late had a shower that was cold. Was told the next day as the campsite was full, the water tank would have been empty. The next day, I tried again and this time there was hot water, so if you're going to be late, you'll get a cold shower.
The tent pitch was just mud as it did not get any sun due to the trees, so could not dry out. Very friendly owners, loads to do in the area, great for kids but all on a hill so walking boots would be needed.

Bell Tent - Ensuite Bell Tents Aug 2024 We had a great two night stay in one of the VIP Bell tents. We had a very warm welcome. This was great for people that want to camp but don't have any of the stuff. Comfy double bed. Clean facilities.

Prices were fair and all communications before and during our stay was really good. Very convenient location for our group as we were attending a 2-day music festival in Hastings.
