Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 We had a lovely stay at this campsite, wanted somewhere with good access into Brighton but also nice and quiet.
This was perfect, we had a choice of pitches. Lovely staff, nice clean facilities, plenty of space.
About a 15 min flat walk to the train station, didn't have to wait too long as there are several trains every hour. We did a day trip to Brighton but the site is only a sort walk from the coast so if you don't want to go far it's an ideal location for exploring the area/coast.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Joe, the owner, was extremely helpful. He immediately supplied logs when we requested them and spent time helping us to fix our pop top when we had a problem. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Great stay at The Barn
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 This is a great place to stay nearby to Shoreham, Brighton & Worthing.
Just 10 mins walk to the beach and bus Stop. Regular buses to Brighton and all along the south coast. Bus 700 excellent service.
Facilities very clean and owner very friendly.
Have been before but will definitely be back again this year.

Cracking little site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Excellent site, five minute walt to Lancing Beach and easy access to Brighton or Worthing.
The site itself is very relaxed, all grass pitches with excellent and clean showers toilets. Little coffee shop manged by the park's friendly owner.

The owner was super friendly. The site was small, clean and tidy.
The shower was a great size and temperature! The facilities block had a good deep washing up sink area and drinking water. Everything kept very clean.
We would highly recommend and will certainly stay again. It's perfectly located to walk to the beach or the train station (we did both).
It had everything we needed for a little get away.
Lovely relaxing campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A lovely, large flat site with good sized marked pitches. Quiet location, but close to beach, train station and a few pubs in Lancing.
Lots of space for kids to play without disturbing others. Facilities were clean and well kept with nice hot showers, although only two toilets and two showers, which was fine but might get a little busy at peak times. Had sockets for hairdryer, straighteners, chargers which was very convenient. Overall a great little site, thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Excellent site
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 We just went for a couple of nights, as new Motorhome owners, to try everything out but we think The Barn Caravan site will become our 'go-to' site!
The site is beautifully kept, it's quiet and peaceful- we enjoyed the light aircraft and helicopters from the small airport nearby. The trees surrounding the field are beautiful, as are the views of the downs.
It's a short walk to Lancing beach and from there you can walk to Worthing one side and Shoreham the other. The facilities are very good and nice and clean, the owner is very approachable and helpful.
We will be back with our small Grandson who will love the open space to run around, the playground in the middle and the small planes.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely campsite - would highly recommend!
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We arrived for our 3 day trip and were warmly welcomed.
This quiet site is well looked after and toilets/shower areas clean and tidy. There is a freezer for your ice packs and a lovely small shop serving coffees and ice creams etc. Lancing and the beach are within easy distance and a good base to explore this part of the world.

The site is small and was silent after 9! Very convenient for the beach.
My daughter was particularly impressed by the range of magnums available at reception. Thank you for a lovely few days.
