Clear filters What a brilliant campsite!
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 This was such a brilliant campsite - situated on a beautiful cliff. A bit windy - obviously… but at least there were no midges!!
The couple that own this site were so friendly and accommodating, such a lovely, reasonable place to stay.
The only downside - if you call it that, was that it was a bit of a walk to the facilities, but frankly this seemed a very small place to pay for such a spectacular place!

Amazing site and location
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Amazing campsite and facilities located in a cliff overlooking a gorgeous beach. Access to the beach via the cliff is fun and the beach is like your very own private beach. Everyone we met was kind and friendly. The bell tents look brilliant and we have booked to come back.

Wonderful site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Wonderful welcome, the team were always happy to help throughout our stay.
As expected, the campsite isn't sheltered so we experienced a variety of weather conditions, which all added to the experience. The facilities are basic but were always clean. The shower was always hot and we never needed to queue. The site is well maintained and clean. The coffee shop was lovely.
The access to the beach is a little bit of a scramble, but worth it. It was very peaceful. There was enough space to not feel overlooked by neighbouring tents. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be going back.
Two night stay in a wet and windy July

Being right next to the beach was beautiful and a 15 min drive from Abersoch too meant we could venture a little further. Weather was a little disappointing but all the more reason to visit again when it's sunny.
Treheli Farm
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 First time visiting the site and it was gorgeous. A very peaceful place, my 3 year old daughter loved it! The views from our tent was beautiful. We will definitely be going back.

Common sense and courtesy was all that was required.
A little gem in a beautiful country
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 If you want to have a peaceful getaway with stunning sea views then look no further than this site. Whilst the weather was not perfect every day, this would not stop us from returning. The toilet facilities are very well maintained and clean, but may be limited if the site was full. There is an onsite café, which also has some snacks, and is run by the site owners with very reasonably priced drinks.
Beautiful
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Beautiful campsite, will definitely book again. Facilities excellent. Ensures that pitches are at least 6 meters apart. Allows dogs and campfires off the ground. Beach is gorgeous.
Escape from the rat race
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 A wow moment as you approach the site. Extraordinary view of the coast. You feel an instant calmness as you arrive. Check in at cafe then go pick your own pitch. Cliff top field is a long length holding 50 pitches.
What makes this place extra special is the personal touch. Mark the manager and his wife were friendly, supportive and helpful.
I would say the only addition I would make is a small food shop with basics. I forgot dog food. Thankfully the site manager brought some of his own supply to our tent. How kind.

Amazing views
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Without a doubt, the best view from a campsite ever.
Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Pitches aren't set so you can spread out and the no music policy makes it so peaceful. The toilets and washing facilities are basic, but more than adequate.
One thing to note is footwear, if you're going to attempt the rock climb down to the remote beach (it is terrifying, but totally worth it) don't wear flip-flops.
Fantastic quiet site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Treheli farm is a quiet, rural, cliff top campsite offering excellent value for money.
Site was spacious, quiet, with amazing views out to sea. The facilities are good, but be aware there are only 4 toilets and 4 showers (2 for gents and 2 for ladies) for the whole site so can be a little wait to use if busy. There are also 2 washing up sinks and 1 drinking water tap for the site, so again can be a small wait if busy. Camping field was well maintained.
Would definitely return.
Fantastic family camping trip!
Bell Tent - Stargazer Bell Tents (The Glen) May 2023 Lovely camp site! Nice families groups. Location was perfect - with beautiful sandy beach (perfect for the kids!).
Campsite was clean with good toilet & shower facilities. Staff was so friendly & helpful.
We stayed in the stargazer bell tent (The Glen) which was spacious for our family of 5. The BBQ and seats provided outside was a great welcome (complete with daily firewood provided). Lovely quiet more secluded area of the site. Only thing is the short trek climb to get to the toilet/showers & the rest of the campsite. After 3 or 4 times to and from, we got used to it!
Great view but be wary if you like to go to the beach
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 I am a very outdoorsy person and would find a scenic place normally to stay so I would recommend this place, but only to some people. I would warn you that the access to the beach is via some unmade steps and through some bramble bushes. There are no proper steps and you can easily fall if you are not careful. I am very agile and even I find it a bit tricky. So you have small kids/ not very mobile, you won't be able to go to the beach easily.
Also if you are booking the stargazers tent be aware there are not steps there either so going up and down a gravelly steep incline is a daily challenge, if you don't mind that sort of thing. A wooden rail would have been helpful in both instances.
Great for star watching, quiet pretty location, reasonably priced. But access could be an issue for some.
2023 stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Fantastic site and location.
Owners are always around and happy to assist if you need anything. Lots of place for the children to play and would definitely recommend it.
