Good location!

Very accessible location, plenty of activities on site to do. Nearby village easy to get to with a few pubs within. Lake is easily accessible through village but beware no swimming! Clean facilities when arrived, very quickly descended though this could potentially be rectified with a quick end/start of day clean? No marked pitches, so good little game of free for all to find the best spot! Would recommend to a friend!

Lovely site in great position

Lovely position with great views over lake and pen y fan, had a great weekend here, plenty of space, very clean facilities, well organised, efficient friendly staff. Choice of tipees or lodges or camping, tree areas, grass areas, cafe in the activity centre, short drive from Brecon, fully recommend.

Lovely stay

Beautiful view of the lake, good Wi-Fi and shower/toilet clean!! Very quiet location with close pubs.

Weekend stay

We used 2 pods. It's a fantastic beautiful place in a great location. The entire site is immaculate. The facilities are excellent. There are a wide range of very well run activities. The staff were all super friendly. Definitely going back.

Lovely site with amazing views

We only stayed the two nights in the end, no fault of the site it was just too cold for us. However, we had a lovely stay, the views and site are lovely. Good clean showers and would come again in the summer. Thank you for having us.

Nice place

My friend and I stayed for a night before climbing Pen Y Fan. Very good facilities, friendly hosts, well organised and maintained. The place is in a remote peaceful area with great views.

Winter camping

One of the only campsites open in the Brecon Beacons the time of year, we went and were the only ones there! Great they are still open! Beautiful view from the campsite. Unfortunately camping ground is on a slope but can find a few level-ish areas. View from the campsite is stunning. Facilities and showers great. Got everything you need for basic camping. Didn't use the activities centre at all but sounded as though they have good facilities there. Have to park car away from pitch. 1 mile walk to nearest pubs.

Camping pods

The camping pod was really warm and very clean. The communal blocks were new and clean. The onsite facilities and activity centre were really well run. Would visit again.

Fantastic find

A fantastic little site, overlooking Llangorse Lake with Pen y Fan in the background. Our pod was warm, cozy and clean and the toilet facilities and showers were clean and bright. We enjoyed a session in the climbing centre with kind and encouraging instructors. We will definitely return.

Peaceful, beautiful place

This was our first ever camping/glamping adventure. The place was fabulous and we had such a good time that the kids insisted on extending our stay! Great activities for the kids, a very nice cafe on site and exquisite views. Can't ask for more.

Really enjoyable stay

First time camping in a long long time. Happened upon this site online and was so happy we did. Lovely, well maintained site, friendly staff. Got to pick our tent location, the facilities were modern and clean, the free wifi worked incredibly well while in our tent and the drinking water from the site tap was really nice. We booked the two hour indoor activity course which included bouldering, high ropes style various bridge crossings, caving (my favourite), climbing wall and abseiling. The instructors were brilliant, very patient with nervous kids and made the whole thing really enjoyable. Surrounded by beautiful views and great walking routes. Would definitely recommend this campsite and will be going again sometime.

Perfect

Everyone loved our stay at Llangorse Multi activity centre. Nice, new clean shower and toilet block, excellently maintained camping area, lovely cafe, great activities for the kids and above all the staff were all amazingly kind and helpful.

Our first stay in a pod

What a fabulous find in the height of season. Our first time to Wales and this site was immaculate, friendly and caters for all. We chose here as not too far to the 4 Waterfalls Trail approximately 30 minutes drive away. First time staying in a pod too (we normally camp in our polybell tent). The toilets and showers were immaculate. The view of the lake was lovely too. They squeezed my daughter in last minute on a pony walk before we departed, which made her day. Cost-wise I can't compare with others as first time using a pod, hence 4 stars. I took my Thermomix with me to help with cooking to keep costs down as we had EHU but we did treat ourselves to an evening meal in The Red Lion pub in the village which I would highly recommend. The onsite café in the activity centre was good value when we had a cooked breakfast there before our long drive home. Would we stay there again - yes we would.

Great couple of nights

Great place to stay, café on site with a delicious breakfast, lots of things to do locally, the pod had everything you need, although my friend had a pod and it didn't have a fridge.

Incredible views and experience

The first campsite my family and I have ever stayed at and it couldn't have gone better. The facilities were very tidy and cleaned every single day. The site had toilets, showers, separate sinks to wash your dishes, a water source, cafe, activities such as horse riding and you can also rent out boats on the lake nearby. The views were immaculate! Plenty of space and very friendly staff. We hope to come back again next year.

Great site

Really enjoyed our stay at this site. The campsite had great facilities and was easily accessible. The location is fantastic, with great views over the lake and the Brecon Beacons. Would recommend to everyone.
