Clear filters Perfect
Single Axle Caravan - Summer Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2025 Perfect little site just what we wanted so we could visit Barry and surrounding area.
Obviously nothing on site apart from shower / toilet facilities which we don't use as use ours in caravan but all looked clean and modern and the waste disposal area all good.
Area and pitch was all lovely and would definitely return if ever in area.
Disappointing overall VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Main shower blocks closed/not completed. But, there were two showers in the full access block. Not enough for everyone!
Unfortunately there was a group of vans which made quite a lot of noise until the early hours. Then, the farm machinery denies you any lie in! Fair enough, it is a working farm. Not the friendliest site, no welcome, almost felt like we were intruding. And no explanation regarding facilities. Disappointed overall.
Quiet campsite
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Very quiet campsite. All the amenities available and very clean. Spacious pitch size and lovely view. Bus stop at end of the road to Barry & Cardiff.
Unfortunately, the EHU was not strong enough or was not even on for an afternoon/evening. It was fine the first day. There was more power in our leisure battery, and luckily, we had a gas kettle.
Relaxing
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Lovely site, beautiful surroundings, lush views of the countryside, peaceful and relaxing.
Excellent facilities, clean and well looked after. Would 100% recommend staying here. Spacious pitches and you can choose your own pitch which is so much better to make your stay perfect.
A five minute walk to a garden centre nearby where we had a lovely breakfast. Buses to Cardiff and Barry too. Excellent site.
Fantastic site with easy access
Motorhome - Summer Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2025 Brilliant small site, wish we had stayed longer.
Clean facilities, pitches large and excellent. Left to your own devices and very relaxed. Bus a 2 minute walk from site takes you to Barry Island with a short walk the other end or Cardiff.
Lovely nursery and cafe just across the road too.
Highly recommended.

Very good facilities with a nice hot shower. Excellent position to visit a friend in Cardiff.

First rate
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Lovely clean facilities (my priority). Individual shower rooms with toilet and sink. All done so someone with a disability could use them too.
I've never seen such a tidy, well organised bin area. Brilliant. Quiet area, countryside (expect some farm noises as this is a working farm after all!). Within easy reach of Cardiff city centre by car or bus.
We had a really pleasant stay. Trips into the city for a gig, eating and shopping. Culverhouse Cross isn't far, and St Fagan's museum and Dyfryn Gardens are also only a few miles away.

Perfect for exploring Cardiff. Close to Cardiff, £2 on the bus and last bus is back 11.10 p/m but give the city taxis a miss. Uber much more reasonable .

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 So impressed with our stay that me and my family want to come back for a week over the summer holidays.
Views was really nice, people were friendly, we all really enjoyed ourselves, thanks so much.

In a lovely setting but close to the A4050 and the bus into Cardiff (30 minutes). Really clean facilities.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Bus stop moments away for Cardiff and Barry. Great pub with great food within a short walking distance, Wenvoe Arms. Nice garden centre with restaurant, just beyond the bus stop, if you want a breakfast.
Campsite quiet and showers and toilets lovely and clean. Clean and tidy campsite with the cleanest bins we have come across.
Cannot fault the place.

Very clean and tidy. Credit to the owners and will definitely be returning.
Two night stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2025 Good clean facilities and plenty of hook up points if you require that. We didn't arrive until around 7pm ish and was dark, but plenty of lights on sensors show you the way to the shower/toilet block.
Would definitely use this site again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Does what it says on the tin Motorhome - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 A place to be safe and a place to clean yourself up. Not that impressed, no interaction, no nothing really.
Lovely stay
VW-Type Campervan - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 Lovely campsite, close to the beach, the town and is not far from places to visit.
The hot water pressure was a little low in the showers and for washing up, but otherwise this is a lovely and clean campsite. Will be returning in the summer.

Great for an overnight stop
VW-Type Campervan - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 A nice and easy campsite. A particularly good stop off if en-route to the rest of South Wales. It was clean and well organised.
Wenvoe Arms pub is an easy and well lit walk about half a mile away. Sadly it was closed for our stay for their annual post Christmas holiday. So note to self to check this first if it is important to you. There are other pubs about 2 miles away.
Quiet, clean site
Motorhome - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Nov 2024 We had a lovely weekend, there was a local pub within easy walking distance and we were made to feel welcome. The garden centre down the road was beautiful. we caught the bus to Cardiff for Christmas shopping.
The facilities were clean with hot showers, would definitely visit again.
