Nice, tidy place for a night

Nice, well-kept and tidy place with a nice lawn. Toilets are clean, there is a dishwashing house. There are no showers, as the owner already mentions in the description of the place. No Wi-Fi.

Cute place for a short retreat

It's a cute small campsite, with a little dish washing room and toilets. Sadly, it's directly next to a busy street, doesn't spoil the view but is kinda loud. Some long time occupants are there as well. Sadly, no showers, but it's perfect for a short and cheap stay. Would recommend.

Relaxing and friendly

Relaxing camping in a sheltered spot. The site is beautifully planned and looked after. Good location for many visits such as Avebury, Lacock and Bath. Basic facilities at the moment.

Amazing stay

It was my first ever time camping with my 3 children and dog . Littleton Retreat was absolutely perfect for our needs. It had onsite toilets and a mini kitchen you could wash up in. Plenty of space on the pitches for any tent you had. Every morning the owner would make sure you were happy with the stay you were having. All facilities were spotlessly clean every day. It was a beautifully kept site and will definitely be returning in the future.

Loved this site

For the price we paid this was excellent. We were expecting a field with a portaloo and so we're pleasantly surprised with the facilities that are provided. Pitch sizes are large and well maintained. Do be prepared to have to drive to the pub/shops, or to take a fairly long walk. We love walking and we're more than happy to trek through some fields and along the canal for a pint and provisions.

Great site

We booked this site at the last minute after being let down by another site nearby (The Crown). The owner at Littleton Retreat was very welcoming and could not have done more to make our short stay great. The site is well laid out and facilities of a good standard. No showers yet but apparently they will be there hopefully 2025. Thank you for a great stay.

Calming campsite

Great location as I was seeing my family. Great price and very clean. There is no shower so we might have struggled if we were staying for a longer trip.

Quiet retreat

Lovely little place, no showers, but everything is spotless. you call so no face-to-face welcome, but that's fine, was a lovely little place.

Fantastic place!

Lovely little site, laid out well with small wooden barriers to split pitches. Only giving 4 stars on facilities due to lack of showers however, that wasn't an issue for us as we were only there 2 nights! Would absolutely recommend for touring around Bristol/Bath/Salisbury area as it's really central to all of them!

Lovely small site

We stopped at this site for one night, it's a lovely small and quiet site, spacious pitches gorgeous little orchard to one end. Site owner was really lovely, when we booked it was advertised as having portaloos. However, these have since been upgraded to a small toilet block which was kept very clean.
