Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 This was an outstanding site. Best I've been to in a while.
Shower area superb, grass kept really short and very tidy facilities.
Great for the young children, peace and quiet for me.
Its location very good for the local town and railway.
All in all a great site. Thank you very much for the experience.

Beautiful site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 Beautiful site, friendly staff. Nice play area, toilets & showers clean. Only down points are needing a key fob to use the facilities, difficult when there is more than 1 person in the party and the showers need to be a bit hotter.
Lovely walk around local village and along river. Very peaceful site.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Overall, a lovely stay here for our family of 5 in our touring caravan. The site is spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained and is in a good location to explore Ingleton, Kirby Lonsdale and even Lancaster and the Lakes.
There is an excellent play area for the kids, a games room and the showers and toilets were amazingly clean, no matter what time of the day or night we went in.
Only blemish on the stay was one of the site staff finger wagging and shaking his head at my 5 year old boy for using his very small, very slow remote controlled car. In fairness to them, on questioning the staff member he stated that it is in the site rules that remote controlled vehicles are not allowed, but a more polite explanation to my child might have been a better option.

The warden was an absolute star and helped me when our caravan roof leaked. I can't rate this site highly enough.
One note, maybe some dedicated dog mess bins around site would be a benefit.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2024 We stayed here for 1 night and found it to be great for everything needed.
The park and little games room was great for our 2 kids and the walks around the site and up to town where all decent. The toilet and shower block area was very clean, no faults anywhere.

Lovely, well maintained campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2024 The campsite was well maintained and the pitches were spacious. The facilities were very clean and tidy and easy to access. It was easy to walk into High Bentham from the campsite where there are a few shops and pubs. Kirby Lonsdale is further afield but well worth a visit.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Absolutely fabulous site. Very clean, very colourful with flowers everywhere. The toilet block has to be seen to be believed, spacious and ultra clean. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Games room and play park for kids, well off the main road, so safe environment and good to see them roaming around freely. Close to High Bentham 10 min walk, Low Bentham 15 min walk. Highly recommended. Don't follow Sat-Nav to get there!

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Fantastic site and well maintained throughout. Clean and spacious toilet block and secure, private shower cubicles. Large pitch with EHU and TV socket and was beside the river.
Lovely country walks around the site and nice little village with pubs and shops. Highly recommended. A good price.

Great site
Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Really enjoyed our first, and hopefully not last, visit to the site.
Big site but most of that is statics, the facilities are plentiful for the number of tourers. Toilets and showers are some of the best I've seen and there was always staff about taking care of the site. Small shop had ice creams and a few toys which my daughter was pleased about, and some emergency caravan supplies. Really nice walk down the river which my dogs in particular loved, and the dog field at the entrance to the site was good too.
Village centre with Co-op and a couple of pubs was a 15 min walk. For the size of the site, I was surprised how peaceful it was. Ice cream van visiting the site on a hot Saturday was a bonus!

Site is a little bit out of the way but we used the train and the station is nearby . Had a day in Skipton and a day in Lancaster. Weather wasn't perfect, but it didn't spoil our stay.
Would definitely go back.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 Our first visit to this fabulous site. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
Our pitch was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Toilet and shower facilities were immaculate. Everywhere on the site was well maintained. Easy access to the little town of High Bentham which was about 10 minutes walk.
A beautiful site.
