VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Family Area) Jul 2025 First time visiting, won't be the last. Absolutely lovely site. Really well looked after site. Loved a visit from Keith in his golf buggy. He was very helpful. Ice cream parlour is epic. You can never have too much ice cream. We partook in some of the street food from the van on Saturday night. Absolutely fabulous and great value for money too.
Highly recommend.

Lovely site near the beach Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 What a lovely site. Lots of choice of pitches to book, adult only, family field, CL, electric or non electric pitches. Friendly and helpful wardens.
Large, well-maintained, flat, mowed pitches. Well kept, clean wet rooms and two single toilets. Two washing up sinks although no plugs meant I was conscious of wasting water. Only 15 minute walk to the beach, great for doggies. Excellent ice cream parlour with friendly staff serving Mr Moo's ice cream, plus we had a tasty breakfast one morning. Mobile caterer serving Chinese and Thai food on Friday and Saturday nights, which tasted great and not too expensive.
We had a problem with our pitch on arrival, nothing to do with the site but rather whoever had previously been there. We tried and failed to sort it ourselves, but after mentioning it to the wardens, they were very helpful and moved us to another pitch.
Any grumbles? Well, the TV signal is not great although Wi-Fi works well enough to stream iPlayer etc using iPads. The three non electric pitches get no sun after 6pm as they're in the shade of trees, so I was a bit jealous of other campers sunning themselves in the evening sun when I was in the shade. Plus, the trees meant there were quite a few midges and flies about, which even our fly screen struggled to keep out. Main road next to site can be a bit noisy at times.
Would I go again? Definitely, although I'd probably brave the family field for full sun, and to be honest, we could have had the field to ourselves all week as the kiddies were still in school.
Places to visit: Flamborough Head (North Landing, Bempton Cliffs RSPB, and Lighthouses) for Puffins and Seals. Beverley for lovely Medieval market town and beautiful Minster. Board Inn within walking distance for nice evening meal. Skipsea Motte and Bailey Castle.
Don't bother with Saturday car boot at Skirlington Market as there were only about 15 sellers turned up, maybe Sunday would be better when the car boot and Indoor market are both on.
Mr Moos Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 Good little site quite local to me. We were on pitch 25, wouldn't entertain that pitch again as too many nosy people continually ignoring the path and cutting over the grass, gawking in. Would go back but not on that pitch.
We love Mr Moo's Touring Park Recommends site

Relaxed atmosphere Recommends site

It's a very relaxing site would highly recommend.
A great little caravan site near Skipsea Recommends site
Single Axle Caravan - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 We were made to feel welcome on arrival, we were met and led to our pitch by Keith.
Unfortunately our allocated pitch, 20, was on the left of Percy's Paddock and sheltered by large trees which meant we lost the sun on our pitch by mid afternoon. We were in our van while most others were still sat out enjoying the sun until early evening. In our view, we would avoid pitches 18 to 20 for that reason, plus those pitches were on the small side and are best suited to small campers. Keith did mention, however, that in wet conditions, campers would most likely struggle to get off those pitches because of the shading and a slight slope.
The site itself is pretty good for a small site, the toilet and showers are okay but you may have to queue at busy times. The farm walk to the beach is the big draw here, especially for people with dogs. Ours knew where to head almost as soon as we got there. We made the mistake of letting him run free but he dived into a muddy puddle half way down, and yes, I had to rescue him as he couldn't get out, then he promptly shook and covered us in black smelly mud, lol.
The stroll to the beach took around 20mins but be careful as the path is a little uneven in places. But it is mostly fenced off and the access to the beach is via 2 gates at the bottom. Once on the beach which is part sand and part stone, the beach slopes gently down to the sea which is usually quite calm, but beware of weaver fish at low tide.
So Percy's Paddock? It's set out quite well with a combination of electric and non electric with either grass or hard standing, but it does slope but nothing too dramatic. There are other fields at Mr Moo's, one for adults only, another for families and yet more for CLs and then a rally field.
The prices are reasonable and on Fridays and Saturdays, a small van arrives to provide fantastic home cooked Chinese meals, probably the best I have ever tasted. Then of course is Mr Moo's ice cream which is a must have when you visit this place. But Mr Moo's also have a restaurant area offering a variety of snacks breakfasts and over lunch more meals are on offer.
Peace and quiet, well being set close to the road we knew there would be traffic but the noise from the motorbikes screaming past was something else! So try to distance yourself if possible.
We certainly recommend it and will return again soon.
Fantastic Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 Just fabulous.
Keith & Barbara are there to greet you on arrival.
Location is wonderful with a 10 minute walk to the beach, just great for the dogs.
Street food at the weekend an added bonus. The ice cream is to die for and the cooked breakfasts were a great start to the day.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a secluded relaxing stay with all the facilities on site you need.
We'll definitely be back.
1st visit Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 1st visit to Mr Moo's and within a couple of days of staying, it's been booked again, which surely can't be a bad thing?
No issues at all with set up or facilities, clean, plenty hot water. Percy's Paddock was set up so that you have enough room without being crowded, quiet, although the road noise can be an issue if you were really fussy, but that is not a criticism of the site at all, just the good weather brought the power rangers out.
Friendly site with great ice-cream Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 We stayed in the adults only area which was nice and quiet.
Nice location for a walk to the beach. The toilet and showers were a little basic and the locks were quite temperamental, this wouldn't stop me going back though.
The ice cream and milkshakes are delicious and the staff were all very friendly.
Quiet, relaxing time Recommends site
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 Lovely site, situated just where we wanted to be. Very friendly staff. Clean and well organised.
Luckily we were on adults only side. The showers were very hot, wouldn't like to shower children. Wife loved them.

Fabulous site Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Family Area) Jun 2025 Lovely site with clean facilities. Brilliant for families with an easy safe walk from the site directly to the beach and a large fenced in grassed area for children to play games on.

Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 Our first visit to this campsite, our arrival went smoothly, greeted by the warden Keith, friendly and informative.
Site was very clean, as was the facilities. Used the cafe, had a great breakfast, the ice cream took you to another level, overall had a very relaxing weekend.
Will certainly do a return visit.
We love Mr Moo's Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) Jun 2025 This was our 1st ever visit to Mr Moo's caravan site. It was so easy to book and so easy to find. We first saw this wonderful caravan site on YouTube and loved what we saw.
We were greeted by our wonderful host, Keith, at the entrance and explained every thing we needed to know, and then he gave me a lift to our stand in his super golf cart. He is such a lovely man. We loved the doggy walks around the site and the whole place was so clean and tidy, as were the showers and loos, which was down to Keith's lovely wife. The camping stands and surrounding areas are so clean and well kept due to all concerned. The wonderful Mr Moo's restaurant was out of this world, serving dinners, brekkies and wonderful homemade ice cream to which you can take home too so many choices.
Mr Moo's is a beautiful little world on its own, away from the bustle and noise, so please go, you will adore it, as we did and going back very very soon, wanted to stay forever.
1 last thing, a massive, big thank you to Keith and his wife (so sorry, forgotten your name sweetheart), our happy-go-lucky guides at Mr Moos, thank you and love to you both, see you soon, love Heather and Paul.

Weekend Away Recommends site
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Adult-Only) May 2025 This was our second weekend away in our new caravan. We stayed in Percys Paddock fully serviced pitched.
On driving in we collected our welcome pack from a box at the gate and drove round to our pitch number to be greeted by Keith to welcome us onto the site.
The site is lovely with dog walking area and a short walk past fields to the small beach area.
It is a well kept clean site and Friday and Saturday nights there is a street food cabin that comes onto site we'll worth trying if you stay as 100% great food.
Mr Moo's ice cream is lovely and ollie enjoyed his doggy ice cream too.
All in all it's a great site to visit easy reach for visiting places close by.
Credit to Keith and Barbara who look after you when arriving and throughout your stay.
We will see you again very shortly 😀 👍

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Adult-Only) May 2025 First time stay at Mr Moo's Touring Park, we had a lovely stay.
Only a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 15 min steady walk into Skipsea village.
Mr Moo's ice cream is a must try. Also so handy having the cafe on site, the breakfast burger and the bacon butties mmmm. You even have a Chinese takeaway van visit on Friday and Saturdays which is great to have on site.
A bonus that you have decent size pitches too, we were on adult only pitch in Percy's Paddock. We are going back in June as we really enjoyed the site xxxx

It was lovely to be able to walk down to the beach; lots of rock pools to entertain the children.
The ice cream parlour and the street food vendor, was a real bonus. We loved the street food and obviously the ice cream was excellent!
Would definitely return.
