Absolutely fantastic
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 The location is superb with great views all around the area. The facilities are brilliant - brand new toilet block with showers and a decent shop with the essentials you need. Properly converted me to camping!

Great campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Bad weather did not detract staying at this lovely site. A great, flat field, really good facilities and an amazing location for lots of things (we walked the 3 peaks). Settle was such a cool place, the flowerpot festival was on.
We'd definitely be back & highly recommend.

Camping with dogs
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Large field with beautiful views all around that were very well tended to in all weather! Lovely staff. Shower blocks are amazing, even a proper dog shower. Great location too!

Great family site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Fabulous place to stay with helpful staff and clean and modern facilities. It was great to have space for football in the centre of the tent pitches for the kids.
The location is great if you have a car to go to the local spots as with a family, the mile and a half walk to Clapham had a lot of road to cover as part of it which wasn't great for our kids but by car there are some fab local places to visit and walk. The pizza onsite on Saturday night was a big bonus too!

Lovely site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 What a lovely campsite!
Everywhere was lovely and clean. The showers and toilets were spotless. The showers were exceptional for a campsite - lovely hot water and a good powerful head.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing negative to report at all.

Five day break with two dogs
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 The perfect campsite. We went home after two days of persistent heavy rain and extreme winds through the night.
We would have loved to stay for the other three nights, but our two dogs were scared by the thunder. That does not detract from the quality of the campsite and the wonderful area it's in.
We will definitely return.

Great campsite
Camping Pod - Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Jul 2023 Fantastic stay in a pod with our dog.
Great location, only a 1 1/2 mile signposted walk to a pub, cafe and park. Enclosed safe dog exercise field at the site. Pods are well spread out so you are not overlooked.
Clean and modern showers and toilets, always hot water in the showers and always spotlessly clean.
Very helpful site managers and a friendly atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

A nice, peaceful and relaxing campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 A clean, well laid out campsite.
The shop is reasonably priced and pizza night on Saturday made tea easy and the toilets showers and washing facilities were all spotless.
The campsite is very well placed for the surrounding walks and sights.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 First time in Yorkshire Dales. Campsite is first rate.
Nice large pitches, lovely views and superb washroom/shower facilities. Gleaming....cannot recommend highly enough.
We need to keep the location a secret...

Great site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Lovely park, quite a size and dog friendly. We are a couple, it was very relaxing for us. Lots of kids there but not much for kids to do onsite so take your own entertainment. The 11pm noise curfew was welcome.
We had electric tent pitch 11, just down from the very clean toilets and shower blocks. Also a waste disposal and a little takeaway and the shop, all you need is there. Lovely, friendly staff and clean facilities with great dish washing sinks.
Situated next to some lovely walks and waterfalls and some lovely little villages for a mooch. Will definitely be back. Added bonus...proper proper toilet paper in the toilets!

Pod Stay
Camping Pod - Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Jun 2023 Brilliant stay! We are already looking at coming back with our son's next year. Modern & clean and probably the best campsite showers we've ever had! (and we've stayed at lots of campsites)!
No hesitation in recommending others to come and stay here.

Awesome location
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Excellent location, very good facilities, the shop at the reception has almost all the basic things that you might need in campsite. Tony has been very helpful. Toilets are very clean. Pizza and burgers available on Saturday night.

Second stay even better than the first!
Small Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 This is our second stay here and we enjoyed it even more this time.
We had a wonderful pitch in the top field, which was really peaceful with lovely views. We didn't have to wait for the showers, which were really clean with lots of warm water (remember your 50p). We enjoyed the pizza on Saturday night with the bonus of a hired fire pit. We caught the bus to Settle from Austwick one day, which was really easy and walked to Clapham the next.
It's a great campsite in a beautiful location, but what really sets it apart is the lovely lady that works in reception/the shop, she was so friendly & helpful and the whole place has a lovely vibe. We will be back.

Brilliant camping site!
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 This was our first time at this camping site, but we absolutely loved it!
Well looked after, facilities really surprised us with a great fresh look and always were clean! Showers extra 50p to pay for 10 mins, but honestly it was worth it! BBQ offered to be able to purchase from the campsite. Owner was friendly and looked after the area!

Great site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Site was spotless. Staff pottering around working and chatting to campers.
It was noisy on the Saturday with families, but everyone stuck to the curfew. Toilets cleaned regularly.
Would visit again.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Stayed with a 7 and 9 year old. Facilities are fantastic. On site takeaway on a Saturday night. Toilets and showers immaculate. Really good site with loads to do around it.
