Pleasant campsite close to Silverstone track
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 We stayed here for the weekend for the GB GP. We were surprised to only see 3 showers and toilets for the whole campsite however, as it wasn't overly busy, it was fine. If more people were there, this would need to be changed to accommodate more people.
The checking in process was interesting, as it was not clear where we had to check in. No one asked for our name or reservation number, just told us to pitch up.
The quiet time after 10pm was well abided to and suited us well due to the early starts of our weekend. If you are camping here for the F1, you can book the Buckingham shuttle bus service. This is approximately a 45 minute walk away, or 10-15 min drive, which there are local cabs around.
We got food delivered each night for convenience and there was no issues here.
Overall would rate 3.5/5 due to lack of facilities but it did the job!
Such a lovely place for the weekend
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 We loved our stay here, the price for Silverstone weekend was really reasonable and the campsite itself was simple & lovely. Hot showers and a calm, pretty space to enjoy. Would definitely go back & James/ the family onsite were very helpful. Big thank you to them for having us!
Lovely break
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 Booked last minute weren't sure if we were at right place but called owner who said we were and we were the only people on 1st night so pitched where we wanted.
We were allowed to use fire pit and off floor bbq little shop there with basics plus microwave kettle and fridge if needed.
Whole family welcoming and helped when needed, lovely and quiet, enjoyed the break.
Last minute
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 Having experienced other last minute campsite bookings, we weren't sure what to expect at Buzzards Holt. The reality was that the hosting far exceeded our expectations.
Clean toilets and shower, plenty of quiet space for each pitch ,small essentials farm shop, friendly and available hosts, hot water for washin up and cool clean drinking water on tap. I suspect we will be coming back again next year but don't tell anyone else.
Amazing camping
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Such an amazing place to stay literally 10 minutes in the car to Silverstone if that, also local to the village to get food from, pop up shop very handy too and there's got everything that you can think of, include in a real kettle and real milk.
Very friendly staff, and willing to go above and beyond for you. The campsite was very clean very quiet and made our day very enjoyable.
Will definitely be booking again for Silverstone next year and we will definitely be looking for this campsite.
F1 Weekend
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Visited July 2025 for the F1, 3 of us for 3 nights.
Really laid back hosts and campsite, facilities as listed - only a couple of showers and toilets but they were very clean.
The little shop was handy too for some little things we forgot - and the pub down the road was good too! If we head back to Silverstone then we will be booking again :)
Hidden gem
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 We've just returned from a great F1 weekend staying at this absolute hidden gem of a campsite.
Great value, a few minutes from the track and a beautiful spot.
The site itself is pretty and has ample room and parking. Facilities are what they are, 2 showers, 2 flushing toilets and 3 port-a-loos (this is a pop up site so we didn't mind at all) BUT there was always hot water, toilets were regularly cleaned and never have I been camping where the emergency toilet roll has come home without being used….until today.
The hosts are lovely, genuine people who are warm and welcoming and always around for a chat.
There is a small shop on site, cold drinks and snacks, just remember to bring some cash!
We will hopefully stay here again next year for the F1 but would like to offer a suggestion- Wednesday pm arrival would make this PERFECT.
Lovely quiet site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 We stayed here for the F1 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although didn't spend much time on site.
The hosts were so friendly and hospitable. The site was clean, had a little 'store' with local products (eggs, cold drinks, jams). The site was lovely and quiet, toilets were immaculate, cannot stress how amazing the hosts were!
