Fabulous!
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 This was our first adventure with a camper van and Bank House Farm was the ideal place.
Wayne was super helpful every step of the way. Toilets and shower block were modern, clean and warm! Hot water always available for washing pots. Well lit at night without being intrusive. A lovely calm atmosphere and a beautiful river.
We will certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 Lovely location next to the river. Very clean toilets and shower block.
Pub straight over the road with nice beers and food, what more could you ask for.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Top Field) Sep 2023 We had an amazing 3 night stay. The place was so relaxing, the staff super friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were very clean and modern.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches With Grass Sep 2023 Great campsite in the Peaks. Lots of walks, Manifold trail nearby. On site shop useful. Pub across the road, the Manifold Inn. 1 3/4 miles from lovely village of Hartington.
Only downside is that facilities were up a set of steps (ok for fit and able bodied individuals). Would go back.

Best campsite we’ve stayed at
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Meadow Field) Sep 2023 Lovely campsite, with great amenities and in a perfect location for surrounding walks we wanted to do. Also bonus points for the pub being across the road with a lovely beer garden and food.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches With Grass Sep 2023 Lovely, clean and well kept site. Ideal location next to the river. Opposite the Manifold Inn and a bus stop right outside the campsite. Went on the bus to Hartington and also you can travel to Buxton or Ashbourne.

Extra Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Meadow Field) Sep 2023 Very good facilities for a campsite, however, shower drains overflowed on the last day.
Friendly staff, good location and a pub within walking distance. The shop had useful food and supplies.

Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches With Grass Sep 2023 We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had a hard standing pitch next to the river with room for an awning to pitch on the side grass. The site overall was clean and tidy and the toilets/shower blocks are modern and kept clean to a good standard.
There is a shop onsite for any essentials you might have forgotten. You can rent a firepit for £10 with a £20 SD plus purchase for the wood. They also had food vans both nights, fish and chips Friday and pizza oven on the Saturday.
Location was great, we walked the Hartington circular walk with the dog, the only bit we didn't like was walking on the main road for a bit but it was quiet when we went out.
Overall, a lovely stay and would go back and recommend.
