Brilliant!
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Aug 2026 We had an amazing time here. It's a very friendly park. The staff were lovely and they would travel around site on golf carts to make sure everything was ok. Security on site were lovely and reassuring. There's so much to do on site, you're never bored. My little one really enjoyed the entertainment.
My only complaint about the holiday park is that the facilities and swimming pools could have been cleaner. They weren't completely filthy, they were usable, but there were marks and smears around the walls in the toilets and showers, or bits on the floors. I understand that we were there during peak season so it's probably a lot harder to keep on top of the cleanliness, though. We had such a great time, still. I would absolutely recommend this place!
Exceptional
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Aug 2026 We spent three nights at Freshwater and were very lucky with the weather, so we could make the most of the outdoor pool all day, play football on the field, and head down to the beach just minutes from the campsite.
The on-site shop is fantastic—it offers everything you need and more at brilliant prices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the kids' activities.
The showers, toilets, and wash stations were kept very clean, and we never had to wait. We will definitely be visiting again!
Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Aug 2026 All the staff were absolutely fabulous, the facilities were kept really clean and was surprised to have a decent pressure, hot shower.
The two don't normally go hand in hand with camping. Restaurant was brilliant food at a very reasonable price and was great to see the pool was so well covered by the lifeguards.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Top Field) Aug 2026 Freshwater beach Holiday Park was amazing, we took our 2 grandsons here they really loved it there,so much to do from games to swimming ,,even the food was good, the shop on site had everything that you could want. The toilet block was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic stay
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Aug 2026 We had a fantastic stay at Freshwater and would definitely recommend it, especially for families. Whether you want to explore the local area or stay on site, there's always plenty to keep the kids entertained.
The outdoor pool was a real highlight, particularly as we stayed during a heatwave! Although the site was busy and full, there was still plenty of space for our tent and all our equipment.
The only downside was that the showers and toilets could have been cleaned more regularly. There also weren't enough sinks for brushing your teeth and washing your hands — just three sinks felt insufficient for such a busy campsite.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there was always security around, which made us feel safe and comfortable.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning!

The site was in a beautiful location. There was lots going on at all times and it never felt too busy which was great. The beach is beautiful and the children really enjoyed the outdoor pool area.
We felt the toilets and showers could have been cleaner and were a little outdated. Also, there could have been more sinks as there were only three available.

Loads to do onsite but close enough for day trips. Easy booking system for the indoor pool, brilliant entertainment that the kids loved. Dog friendly, the beach was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Jul 2026 We loved the dog friendly camping at Freshwater. We never felt excluded from anything. It was a really nice place and the staff and security were super friendly.
The toilets and showers were very clean. Loved it and will definitely be returning. Thanks to all the staff who were amazing.
Great campsite for families!
Trailer Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Jul 2026 This campsite was advertised as dog friendly and it did not disappoint.
Apart from a few areas (bowling alley, Indoor pool and on site shop) your dog can go everywhere with you, including the outdoor pool area. The family entertainment was great and lots of it during the day and evening. Toilet blocks were always clean and the shower facilities were great.
Would definitely recommend.

perfect get away for the whole family
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Main Field) Jul 2026 family of 5 - had an amazing time, staff were super friendly and the entertainment was fun for all ages. the beach was a literal stone throw away and so clean. the on-side SPAR had a great variety to very reasonable prices. the local Morrisons was only a few minutes drive away that provided additional extras. the showers were clean, hot water with high pressure and there were enough washing up spaces available so never had to wait. all in all it was a fantastic holiday.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was great and the shop was well stocked. Suited more to families but was still an enjoyable break.

Amazing family site

The location is beautiful, we all loved the views, fields. Cliffs, the beach and the amazing clean sea water. The facilities were e great. We loved the restaurant, takeaways , the Spar shop. Our children spent in pools days and days.
The staff members and the live shows were really great. We will be coming back.
