Tentsile Connect tree tent

Wardley Hill Campsite sits in the Waveney Valley between Beccles and Bungay, near the Norfolk Broads and Suffolk Coast. It's a relaxed campsite promoting a back to basics camping experience. Fires in old washing machine drums are a must as is laying back in the sunshine, or under the stars, listening to the owls and buzzards. If tents aren't your thing try the Tinkers Hut or the unique tree tent!

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesMar 2024

We had a lovely stay at Warley Hill Campsite. The owner Joe who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly, he was around often made the experience very personal, the little Easter eggs were a lovely touch! As for the campsite itself we loved the natural feel between the pitches, the little forest area was lovely as well, the toilets and washing up area were clean to use. We also made use of the library being able to borrow games and swap a book. 2 of the local towns were only a short drive away, with some nice shops as well as walks! Thank you Wardley Hill Campsite, we will definitely be back!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesOct 2023

This is one of the best campsites I have stayed on. It feels very close to nature with the long grasses surrounding each pitch and the compostable toilets. Wonderful hot showers. A lovely pocket of (ancient?) woodland at the back. I met a fox when filling water bottles in the morning. Loud hooting owls at night. Great idea of using old washing machine drums for fires. Very helpful owner. The whole experience left me with a calm, positive feeling.
