Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding PitchesSep 2025

A fantastic stay at Tan Y Bryn. What a beautiful place to stay with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The owners were very friendly and full of advice on surrounding attractions. The facilities were very clean and spacious. There is a local pub just down the hill (the queens head) that does fantastic food and is dog friendly. Lots of walks around the surrounding countryside.

Site's response

Thank you for the wonderful feedback, we are so lucky to have such amazing scenery and walks up here, hopefully you return in the future. Your feedback is so appreciated. Best wishes, Jenny & the team.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding PitchesSep 2025

Not worth £45 a night compared to other campsites we have stayed at over the years. We arrived and had been allocated pitch 2 - hardstanding - which was unlevel, even with levelling ramps. We cleaned the windscreen of dead flies using the water provided on the pitch and were told by the site manager we were not allowed to do so as they are on a water meter (probably used the same amount as a washing up bowl or short shower). Although WIFI is advertised, it does not reach the pitches you can only connect in the toilet block. The layout of the mobile home pitches overlook the many Glamping pods, which have the better views and it feels quite uncomfortable looking across in that direction. On a good point the site is well maintained and they have obviously put a lot of work and money into the Pod side of the business.

Site's response

Hello, thank you for your review and some great feedback. We don't, unfortunately, allow washing of the vehicles on site and feel this challenge may have caused the negative feedback! The site has excellent fibre wifi which services the entire site and is generally excellent and without issues. We are a five star premium site accredited and have worked extremely hard to provide excellent facilities, ground and quality customer service-and feel our price is extremely competitive for the site facilities and experience that hundreds of reviews on all our platforms have claimed. We thank you for your valued feedback. Best wishes - Jenny & the team.
