Clear filters Lovely stay in great location
Camping Pod - Enclosure Collection Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Aug 2024 We stayed for 4 nights with 2 children, the pod was clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues with noise, even when the chill out area was booked by a large group.
The toilets and showers were spotless the whole time we were there and the grounds were kept well, and the small park was perfect for our kids. We had days out in Keswick and Ullswater which weren't too much of a drive away.
Would recommend!
Great setting
Camping Pod - Enclosure Collection Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Jun 2024 It's a great little glamping site. A group of pods on the edge of the Lake District. Great location with easy access to lots of nice towns and very close (around 3 minutes drive) to Rheged visitors centre for breakfast and soft play for younger children. Lovely for family groups with great additional facilities that can be hired. Everyone obeyed the quiet site rules and there was a climbing frame for younger children. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful stay on the edge of the Lake District
Camping Pod - Darcy Spice Camping Pod (Dog Friendly) May 2024 Orchard Hideaways is a beautiful collection of 16 pods located just outside Ullswater in the Lake District. The location is perfect, with all major walks within 15 minutes drive. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away, a Greggs and Burger King on your doorstep and transport links are amazing, with the M6 nearby.
The pods were comfortable, very warm and actually spacious, we were 2 adults and a 16 year old and had no issues. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is perfect and maintained throughout.
We will definitely return.
