Cutest little fairy garden!
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 A lovely quaint campsite with the friendliest welcome from the manager, the cutest mini fairy forest and activities for kids and a handy little shop that makes the best hot chocolates. Close to the ferry port and great views of the countryside. A massive thanks!

A perfect spot to explore
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Our first trip to Anglesey and this was a great place to base ourselves. Our young daughter loved the fairy woods and we all appreciated the chilled out vibe of the site. Its location means you’re only 25 mins from most of the go-to sights and there’s plenty to explore on the doorstep.

Lovely campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Lovely campsite in rural surroundings, but with easy access to the rest of Anglesey.
Facilities are basic, but well maintained, and you have everything you could need. Nice little shop (more like a kiosk) selling a few snacks and tea and coffee.
Fire pits available to borrow, and you just pay for the wood.
It was a quiet campsite, with a mixture of families/couples/groups staying there, but with plenty for children to do (giant chess, jenga and connect 4, plus a “Fairy Glen” to explore). Plenty of room for them to run around in and to kick a ball.
Staff were friendly and helpful - they saved the day when we turned up without our tent pegs (who doesn’t keep them in the tent bag?!) and lent us some spares plus a mallet to hammer them in with!!!
We’ll definitely go back

Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Exceeded our expectations in every way! This was my first real camp with my 6 year old.
Firstly, I felt safe with an onsite presence from the owner, keeping check and regulating noise levels late in the evening. Secondly, I used an electric hook up and had no idea that I needed an adaptor. He kindly lent me one, then showed me which one I needed for another time.
Finally, the Fairy garden was the most enchanting touch. It captivated the children's imagination and created magic. The sacred stones transport you back in time and make you feel privileged to be on some sacred ground. The facilities were flawless and clean. All staff were approachable and welcoming.
Can't wait for another spell of good weather as we would love to return. Thank you! 🤩

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Came for one night on a midweek whim, will be returning. Peaceful, family friendly cheap campsite with a great shop, modern clean toilet and shower facilities, and smiling faces ready to greet you.
Great little site, tucked away in the middle of nowhere
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 We loved at stay at Marks epic little site, which was super value for money and had all you needed. Pitches all flat as a pancake as it’s a former cricket ground. The only minor snag is that there’s very little to do around the site itself, I.e. no local walks etc. But on the other hand, being so central on the island, it’s great location to get to all the jewels on the island for which there’s plenty. First time in Anglesey, we will be back and more than likely to stay here again as the facilities and cleanliness were top notch.
Perfect little campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 We had a brilliant stay at Druids' Rest in Bodedern, Anglesey. The owners were warm, welcoming, and happy to help from the moment we arrived. It's clear they genuinely care about giving guests a good experience, and it made all the difference.
The site felt really safe for the kids, and while it was never overcrowded with tents, there were always other campers coming and going, which gave it a friendly, lived-in atmosphere. The facilities were spotless too — showers and toilets were kept really clean throughout our stay, which is always a big plus when camping.
There was plenty of space for the kids to play too — they had a great time playing rounders and exploring the fairy glen woodland, which kept them entertained for hours.
We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a small campsite with a real personal touch.
The village was also friendly we ate at the local pub twice. And my partner fell in love with the local village shop.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 One of the best campsites we have stayed at. So welcoming and a lovely atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Amenities are very well equipped and well maintained resulting in good cleanliness. Offer free fire pits which is lovely for on an evening. Honestly can’t fault the place at all.
