Good value for large tents

Laura & Cracker the dog were very welcoming and Laura provided lots of information for local jaunts. The campsite is very quiet (no traffic noise at all). As the price per pitch is not dependent on tent size, this is good value for money if you have a large tent. We have a very small tent, so it's not such good value. Personally, I am not keen on portaloos and the shower tray did not drain quickly so was full of water if you showered shortly after another camper. However, if you are after a very basic, quiet campsite and you have a large tent, this place may be ideal.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to review our campsite. Our pricing structure reflects that we are first and foremost farmers, and we need a simple, easy plan in order for this small, diversification project to work. I have tried to make it clear on the site description that the toilets are portaloos, I do try and keep them as clean as possible. The shower should drain normally, I wish that you had let me know whilst you were staying so that I could have fixed it. And we do have alternative bathrooms that guests can use if the camping facilitates are not working. Best wishes, Laura

lovely campsite

we really enjoyed our stay, even with a portaloo! although small field, plenty of room for the kids to run around and still be away from other campers! I beleive it was capacity this weekend but still plenty of room. really easy to find and good signage to find the field! the owner came out to meet us once we were all set up and we got a fire pit with plenty of logs! portal loos had plenty of toilet roll and soap. shower hut, although basic the shower was hot and powerful for a field! really easy to use and plenty of space with a bench and hooks to hang items on and a lock on the door! it was our first camping holiday and first time the kids experienced out door living and we will definitely be back!

Cute little family farm site

Lovely little family farm site and perfectly functional facilities given the size. Personal welcome from owner (and dog). Highly recommend.

Nice break

We enjoyed our stay here. The site is small, only 4 or 5 units, but is still set up to give everyone all the privacy they need. We stayed in the landpod so were expecting something closer to regular camping than the shepherds huts, but were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. An excellent site overall if you want to get away from everything for a while.

Land pod experience

We absolutely loved our night in the land pod at Sindle's Farm. The pod was much more spacious than we imagined and perfect for my niece and I. The camp site was clean and quiet and had a variety of lovely walks nearby. A hidden gem!

Lovely campsite

Lovely clean campsite and Laura the host is wonderful. The non electric pitch site is spacious, yet she only allows 6 to stay at a time on this plot which I think is great, plenty of space each. It had 2 clean toilets and a clean shower hut. There was also fresh drinking water on site too. Nice location as it is 20 ish minutes from West Wittering Beach and 20 ish minutes from Hayling Island and other towns. Something to bear in mind is that I had ZERO bars of signal on my phone which was a real pain, fine if you want to fully switch off but for me it was a bit of a pain. (I'm with the network provide Smarty, maybe check with your provider before if this would bother you). Otherwise a fantastic stay, lovely location and great grounds on a nice working farm. Would recommend.

Outstanding campsite

We booked Sindles Farm last minute and could not have been more impressed. The site is spotless and reminds me of European campsites in its cleanliness and space management. Laura - the owner - is an absolute gem and can't do enough for you. She even let me jump on their home internet when I had to host an emergency meeting. The breakfast was outstanding. We stayed one night in the Sussex Hut, which was lovely and very private and one night in their yurt which sleeps 4 as well. Both were exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Friendly 'back to basics' camping

Friendly 'back to basics' camping in a great location and a very good shower! My family of 3 enjoyed our two nights camping here. The camping pitches are away from the bell tents, land pods and shepherds huts that site site also owns. With the camping, don't expect paved roads, marked out pitches, electric hooks ups and brick built shower blocks, this is "proper" camping. But that's no bad thing, it does it really well and it has good facilities where it really matters (toilet and shower). The shower is better than the one in my parents house. Laura was super friendly and accommodating (helping us out with a broken air bed) and it's a real family affair as the kids and dogs get involved too (our firewood was delivered by go kart 😀). Talking of fire wood, the provided wood and fire pit worked really well, I'd advise you pack a lighter and some cardboard to get the fire going. The location is easy to find and not too far from a main road. If you're looking for ideas of things to do, we visited Butser, Arundel (and its lido), The Crafty Chocolatier and Stansted Park, which were all a hit with our 6 year old.

Very relaxing night in nature!

I want to recommend this site to everyone because we felt like home! The room had everything we needed. Very clean, very relaxing in the middle of the nature. Thank you very much to Laura for being a 10/10 host :) We will come back!

Stunning location, excellent facilities, smashing hosts!

Genuinely one of the nicest and well thought out site I've been to. Incredibly welcoming host is on hand for anything you need. The location is idyllic, I wish I'd stayed longer!

A lovely, relaxing weekend away in nature with great walks

We loved our stay, really lovely area, well maintained, washrooms are great and we took our dog with us. The walks around the area were great, and the manager was very welcoming and accommodating. A really lovely site.

Sindles Farm

We enjoyed our stay in the landpod. Host was friendly, area was lovely, facilities were modern and clean. Shower and toilet in the shepherd's hut was clean and quaint. Even a heated towel rail, very nice 😊
