Motorhome - Gravel and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric)Mar 2025

This was our first motorhome trip and I chose York House due to its location and surrounding village, local pub, plus convenience to walk into Whitby either via Cinder track or the more challenging Cleveland Way. The General Manager was very accommodating, along with the rest of her team. The site was spotless, amenities excellent, plenty of hot water in showers and everything you need for a hassle free break. Thanks again for a lovely couple of days and may I wish you well for the coming summer season.

A good location, and a nice welcome upon arrival. The campsite was very well maintained, the showers were hot, but didn't stay on for more than 20 seconds so repeated pressing was in order. Toilets and showers were lovely and clean. I thought there may have been another shower block given the size of the site, only 4 showers, and 4 of the 6 toilets were open for use. Campsite do's and don'ts were evident which was good to see. I would recommend York House.
