About the site

If you want your children to escape screens and enjoy the countryside, this site is great for exploring the great outdoors! This award winnning conservation site (David Bellamy Gold Awards winners for over ten years) is full of greenery and space for everyone to love. Take a dip in the site's largest lake, nestled beside the Cider Mill Field, or launch a kayak, dinghy, or paddleboard for a day of adventure. Fishing is also available. Afterwards, unwind and warm up in the site's sauna. This family run park is ideal for family get-togethers or friendly reunions, with a range of accommodation types to suit all, including touring, camping, caravanning, and cosy pods. Access is easy, just eight miles from Junction 2 of the M50, giving quick connections to the wider motorway network. A ten minute drive will take you to the thriving market town of Ledbury, with all the amenities you could need. Pitches for caravans, tents and motorhomes are on the Cider Mill Field, a spacious four-acre, level, open field. An optional electric hook up is available. For those wanting to travel hassle-free and leave the tent at home, camping pods come in two sizes, complete with heating, lighting, and power without beds and additional furniture. Scandinavian log cabins with private hot tubs and a bunk house complete the package. Dogs are welcome to join your stay in the pitches and pods. BBQs and fire pits are permitted, as long as they are raised off the ground.

Guests have access to gold award-winning WCs, hot showers, and a fully equipped accessible washroom in the Cider Mill Field. There is also a laundrette (charges apply) and good TV reception.

EV charging is available in the car park at reception. Enjoy wild swimming, fishing, and sauna sessions at the site's conservation-area pools and five additional pools for a small fee.

Ledbury is a five minute drive away with an Aldi and Co-op Food for picking up essentials. There are also plenty of pub options, including The Horseshoe and the Prince of Wales for food and drink.

There are two fishing areas at the site, each offering the chance to catch Carp, Roach, Rudd, and Tench. Choose one of the long established pools in the Conservation Area or test your angling skills at the Cider Mill Pool - you'll also find another five pools, made for pond dipping.

Things to do on site and in the Ledbury area

There is fishing onsite which will tempt any angler, including carp, rudd, roach and tench waiting to be caught. Guests can also enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding on the site's lake or even brave wild swimming for a fee.

The park is a haven for wildlife, and to help younger ones get into the magic of it all, there are fairy doors hidden around its spacious area. Take the kids on a nature ramble and let them try pond dipping, or have them look out for lambs in the spring, wild herons and colourful butterflies in the summer, and much more.

The lakes provide tempting walking opportunities in a lovely setting, plus you can go wild swimming in the Cider Mill Pool - making sure to keep a safe eye on younger family members at all times.

Stepping off site, Ledbury offers a wonderful array of individual shops to enjoy and a great selection of tea rooms and cafes to sample!
