A really lovely place to stay, with friendly helpful owners. One of the nice things about Brook Farm are the animals - the chickens, lambs and baby goats who are small enough to be able to escape the enclosure have free roam, which is lovely. However, there are some children who seem to have no idea that it is very wrong to continuously chase these animals (sometimes with sticks) and frighten them - I was not happy seeing this, but their parents seem quite happy for this to carry on. As I said, this is just a personal thing that affects me (and my husband) and it would make us think twice about returning- and appreciate that nothing can actually be done about it!
Highly recommend Brook farm

Nice quiet clean campsite, lovely area. loved the small animals and the meet and greet chickens for every camper that showed up, they were very entertaining. Plenty of hot water which is what you need on a campsite. Well done James you're doing a good job thank you.

We highly recommend this site. We stayed for 1 night, and were warmly greeted on arrival. It was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful setting with views over the fields to the east. Particular highlights: - Pizza oven on the weekends - Lots of sheep, goats and chickens which entertained younger children - Beautiful and extensive woodlands, with a bridlepath right from the site - Great cafe, which hosts a running club (we realised too late to join!)
Lovely campsite. Very friendly and helpful owners

James and Robyn were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and so great to see the goats, sheep (and babies) and to be visited regularly by the inquisitive and friendly hens. James' pizzas were scrumptious. Great, quiet campsite. Only minus was the pitch looking directly at the pop up vans which I presume they rent out. Is there somewhere else the could go on the site? Otherwise fabulous and we'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We’ve stayed at Brook Farm 3 times now and we will certainly be back for more. The site itself is great, well located, plenty of space with decent and clean facilities. The cherries on top for us are James’ wood fired pizzas, the cafe (coffee is 👌🏼) and the service overall. James’ passion for it shines through and we can’t wait to see whats next!

Stayed here a few times now. We love it! Nice spaces to park and kids love the chickens and goats always about - especially the baby ones! Toilets and washing facilities always been clean and tidy. Pizza is very yummy there also and the cafe did some lovely drinks and food. Defo one of our favourite places to stay and will be back again soon.

Excellent site, good facilities, friendly owners. First time camping with our toddler and site was great for young children, they particularly loved seeing the animals. We had a great stay and plan to return.

What a find! Almost don't want to give a great review as selfishly want to keep this gem quiet! A beautiful little site - great facilities, superb pizzas, lovely walks from the site in the woods. Lovely animals on site - daily visits from the lambs and chickens who wander around in search of whatever food they can find. James is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back soon.

Another amazing stay at Brook Farm - every single time it exceeds our expectations. James and his team have created a wonderful, well equipped campsite with the loveliest of views and additions (the farm animals are super sweet). The handmade pizza's taste gourmet and Arby's café offers beautifully presented food, perfect coffee and lots of sweet treats! Despite exploring other options, we're always drawn back to Brook Farm for its great atmosphere and positive vibes. The team are super humble, lovely to speak with and all clearly work super hard. This is always our #1 camping spot. As usual, we look forward to being back shortly :)

We were so pleased we found this campsite, it's really cute and picturesque with everything you could want. Highlights were it was very wholesome with the farm animals on site (a baby goat was literally born while we were there). There was handmade pizza in the evenings and a cafe hut open throughout the day. It was picturesque and close to stuff (walks, Whitstable, Wildwood wildlife park). James the owner/manager is super nice and welcoming.

We had the best time, stayed for 2 nights. James is so welcoming and friendly. Great facilities, fire pits and nice and clean. The wood fired pizzas made on site are delicious, looking forward to trying the new bar on our next visit. The animals were a total hit with our kids and backing onto a beautiful wood with easy to follow tracks is perfect. We will definitely be back soon.

Lovely spot by acres of woodland with public access. 30 minutes drive from Dover. Friendly staff. Lots of space so don't feel people have pitched on top of you, and meant plenty of room for ball games.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here away from the city. It was so peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The pizzas on Saturday were so good, and it's great you can rent fire pits. The staff were all so friendly, which made it even more. Lots to explore close by, we went to Whitstable for the day, only a 15 min drive. We would definitely visit again.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and enjoyed our Friday night pizzas which were cooked onsite. The loos and showers were clean and the pitches generous. The little cafe was a great bonus. All in all, a delightful little site within easy reach of Whitstable.

The shepherds hut is super, a wonderful location, great size and with friendly happy and helpful owners. Robyn makes the most wonderful pizzas on a Friday and Saturday evening so if you don't fancy cooking, you won't be disappointed. There were a few downsides for me unfortunately, the bed is a metre off the ground, there is a small step but if you are not 100% mobile it's a real struggle to get up there. On the plus side, you have a fantastic view once you are! The steps to get to the cabin need replacing. They are made from MDF and very saggy, they have been reinforced with planks of wood, but these don't reach the whole of the tread of the steps and make the steps a real trip hazard both going up and down. The cabin was a bit grubby, grass and mud under the fitted sheet on the bed, dirty carpet tiles on the floor under the sink in the bathroom and the windows were dirty both inside and out. Robyn works so hard on the site, running it, the on site cafe and the wood fired pizza oven in the evenings too that it's not surprising these things have not been addressed. A few tweaks and it would be perfect.

Lovely stay at Brook Farm. The campsite was quiet, relaxing and really close to Whitstable. You could buy wood fired pizza and logs for a fire. It also had some cute farm animals. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!
