Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Oct 2025 perfect get away. Never been glamping before but now we are converts. All you need and more in the cosy compact pods. When heating on very very cosy. Dog hook on decking which proved a life saver as our baxter was able to have walk around the pod and have a good sniff with his long lead. Bed so comfy .All that you could need is provided plus more, biscuits a lovely treat with my cuppa
Immaculate site, in side and out, and was quiet which was what we wanted.
Coop 5 min walk away, town few more minutes. Lovely little town. For dog walkers,, you most go to Cwm Rhaeadr Forest. The water fall walk is the best...3 mile walk later and 1 shattered dog who slept the rest of the night.
Great value for money
Glamping Pod - Accessible Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pod Oct 2025 Honestly I cannot speak highly enough of this place, the location is great with multiple pubs, shops and takeaways only a short walk away.
The pods are in a private area and have a gorgeous view overlooking a little stream and the sheep! The pod itself was so cosy, heating control and heated flooring - we were never cold. The utilities were great also, we cooked 3x a day and it was very comfortable.
It's a short drive to various other places too, we ended up going to the four waterfalls walk and it was so nice coming back to our warm little pod and showering off after ☺️
Genuinely wish we had stayed longer and would recommend this to anyone, the locals are super friendly too and made us feel welcome.

Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Sep 2025 The riverside pods were cosy and comfortable. Onsite staff were really friendly and helpful.
Its a very short walk (about 5 mins) from the co-op and only a few more minutes to Llandovery which has lots of independent shops and eating places.
The pods were in a quiet area and had a lovely view across the countryside. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Aug 2025 Very clean, quiet and comfy pod. Perfect for 2 adults and child. River sound and the sheep munching grass were cherry on top.
Couple cons we found: mattress is super soft. If you're used to hard mattress, can be painful after couple nights. Also, water in the shower. There's no warm setting, only burning hot or freezing cold. Every morning I was challenged to take a shower while trying not to burn myself.
Apart from that, great stay, great value for money, would stay again.

Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Jul 2025 Very beautiful, idyllic, peaceful. One day it was raining and we slept with the doors open listening to the weather and it was so stunning.
5 minute walk from the town centre with loads of bars, restaurants, takeaways and a co-op very close. I love the Welsh countryside and Carmarthenshire really models that.
Excellent pod
Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Jul 2025 Excellent pod. Four-night stay in pod, which was ideal for the 2 of us and our dog.
Campsite was quiet, with pods in a quiet section from main campsite. Pod was clean and well-equipped, with en-suite bathroom. Pod had a small pull-down table inside as part of small kitchen, plus a wooden patio with table and chairs outside.
Short walk to Llandovery (10 minutes), which has cafes and pubs. Hope to go again soon.
A very satisfying experience
Glamping Pod - Riverside Ensuite Glamping Pods (Dog Friendly) Apr 2025 It was our first camping family holiday. I chose glamping as wasn't sure of coping up with camping and it was a right decision.
The cleanliness was amazing as if everything was brand new for our use. From beds to towels, to kitchen and utensils. The voice of the river flowing outside and birds chirping will forever be in my mind like a happy place. All the things are like as exactly mentioned.
The supermarket Co-op just 3 minutes walk and was extremely helpful. We did carry a lot of food with us but could have shopped from there as well. The town was charming, with wonderful cafés and local fresh food. The park is pretty big and clean, and caravan sites were neat with ample spacing. Definitely recommend. Affordable price as well with good value for money.
