Excellent site

Great location with lovely views, including entertaining livestock. Excellent new facilities and friendly host. Short scenic walk across the fields to castle and town, where bus can be taken to the coast or Denbigh. Hope to return.

Great place biblical weather

Great place, biblical weather. We are early in the season. Very friendly people who are always available to help if needed. The weather forecast for the last evening was bad so we left early, but will definitely go back.

A perfect place to stay

A successful 5 days on holiday at the campsite, even with horrendous weather. A working farm campsite with grass pitches and electric hookup, along with superb toilet and shower facilities which with credit to Celia the owner, are kept sparklingly clean even when she's fighting with the camper's dirty feet. The site is literally a 15-minute walk into Rhuddlan, with the shops, Castle and a nature reserve all at hand. We'll definitely be making a return visit.

Lovely campsite

We stayed here for one night to try out our new campervan. The site is lovely and peaceful with a great view. We found the facilities to be nice and clean. We really liked the fact that you felt like you were out in the countryside but in just 5 minutes you can walk into the village. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will stay again.

Fantastic site

Abbey Farm is a beautiful campsite with lovely views. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The pitches are good sizes and no one is too close. There is a communal fridge and freezer which was a very welcome facility Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back

Quiet, pleasant campsite with good facilities. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely stay. We will definitely be going there again.

Short family break

Great location, very peaceful, apart from the odd moo. Would score it 5 star across the board, but could do with some more toilets and showers up on the camping area.

Thanks Russell for the nice review. There are 2 more shower/toilet blocks, one as you enter the site and one the static site but perhaps you didn't see those 😁

Worth every penny

Fantastic site, good facilities, children enjoyed the animals.

Gorgeous pod

I couldn't have asked for more at this site. Celia was incredibly welcoming and the pod was exactly what I needed. Perfect nights under the starts and days by the beaches!

Amazing!

Everything was just spot on. Facilities were outstanding. We have a young family so green space for them to play was great. Large pitch size. Don't look any further for camping in the north of Wales!
