Perfect little hidden gem

Very clean and love the little touches. The goats are so cute, we enjoyed walking up to them before we pop out for the day. Watching the sunset in while chilling in the hot tub was amazing, followed by the fire pit in the late evening - perfect. We will be back soon.

Lovely holiday, wish we could have stayed longer

All three of us (Wife and toddler) loved this holiday. It was quiet and had no light pollution at night, so we enjoyed star gazing on our first night. Had such a wonderful sleep afterwards. There's lots to do around the area and the local pub was nice for food and a drink. My only issue was that the water pressure for the shower was a bit disappointing but I enjoy pressure washer style showers, so this isn't even a proper gripe. Absolutely loved it and will be back again soon for longer, I hope!

Weekend break

Excellent stay this weekend, a very cozy place to stay. I met the owner and was really friendly. The hot tub was lush in the minus 5 degrees weather. Would highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

A nice and cosy in a storm

Amazing

Had an amazing time staying here, everything was clean, there was everything you could've needed there. We would definitely return, having the hot tub was an added bonus!

The perfect pod

The pod was beautiful and very cosy. It had essentials such as washing up items, salt and pepper, shower gel, shampoo, towels, hairdryer and added touch of little bottles of Prosecco in the fridge and little hot chocolates. It was clean, lovely comfortable beds and warm in the autumn evenings. Hot tub was private, clean and perfect temperature. We had a perfect stay and will return. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, quiet pod

Lovely and clean pod! Very comfortable beds and very warm inside. Only downside was location wasn't great for us (village) and the logs we payed for didn't light the fire very well at all.

Family mini break to relax and unwind

A fantastic place to relax and unwind. A central place for adventures. The hot tub was amazing. A great place for family and friends to meet up. A home from home. I Would definitely recommend. Thank you from Joanne, Stephen and Phoebe.

Brilliant stay

Celebrated our 18th anniversary and this was the first time we stayed in a luxury glamping place like this. Everything was just what we wanted and more. The hot tub was just amazing to relax in, with a few glasses of fizz! I will definitely come back in the future. Recommended it to anyone.

Lovely stay

The Pod is lovely. It's situated on a large farm with lots of space and fantastic chickens roaming around. The hot tub was brilliant. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The TV wouldn't work at all, which was extremely disappointing due to my young son and I hoping to watch the Olympics. I messaged the host but didn't get a reply. The "village" is really disappointing. You literally walk out of the farm into a really busy main road which was rammed with lorries, caravans and cars. Not exactly idyllic village life. Can't fault the pod and its facilities (bar the TV). It really is a little haven in a busy, small town.

Absolutely amazing

Wow. Just wow. This place was absolutely gorgeous and had so much to offer in the surrounding area. The pod itself is stunning and has everything that you would need. The hot tub and fire pit were just amazing. We stayed for 2 nights but it didn't feel long enough! I can not wait to return here! My only regret is not writing a review in the guest book to say how fantastic it was. but I'll do that next time!

What a gem!

This was such a lovely find. The pod was immaculate, and everything was new. The double bed was incredibly comfortable, and so many lovely touches throughout. The fan was a godsend with it being warm, and the kitchen had everything you needed (although we only found the toaster in the cupboard as we left!).The hot tub was great and my daughter loved the chickens visiting - and coming inside for a nosey! We had fish and chips from the village which were great and the bakery did some amazing desserts and sandwiches. We'll definitely return in the future - thank you!

Lovely stay

We stayed here for a very comfortable and relaxing couple of nights. The host was very accommodating and quickly fixed a booking issue we had. The pod was well kitted out with a hob, air fryer, coffee pod machine, and kitchen basics. The indoor and outdoor furniture was very comfortable, but given we had great weather, a couple of deck chairs would have been amazing.

Peaceful, immaculate site

Fantastic stay with the dogs. Very clean and modern with everything you would need. The added extras such as trollies for luggage, outside dog lead attachment and refreshments such as hot chocolate and coffee pods were very thoughtful and much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made use of the hot tub each night. Very friendly customer service when we had a slight problem with Wi-Fi, which was resolved quickly. We would highly recommend this site and look forward to returning! Thank you x

Gorgeous place

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the ‘stag’ lodge. The lodge is beautiful and of a very high standard, everything has been thought of! The site was equally as impressive, very well kept, peaceful and clean and tidy. The location is great for local walks or a drive out, would recommend the town of Beverly, it was lovely. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait to return 😊

Such a lovely, peaceful weekend away. Had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely, cosy pod

We stayed in the Stag Pod. It was lovely and cosy. The beds were very comfy and it felt so homely. The added extras, such as coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, hot chocolates and Prosecco was a lovely touch. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the playing field behind the pod with a park for the children; this was then a short walk to the village. The village had a café, a bakery, a couple of pubs and a shop. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this site for a relaxing break away.

Excellent

Beautiful site, amazing spacious pods, extremely clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was excellent and owner was very helpful. Close to local amenities.

A blissful getaway

The village itself is just a quiet rural village but there are various seasides within a hours drive. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and the cabins themselves provide a blissful and relaxing experience. Would tell anyone who’ll listen about this place.

Lovely break

Had a lovely 3 night stay. The pod was immaculate. The location is so quiet and perfectly positioned to get out and do day trips, as there's nothing really in the local area. Would highly recommend.

Great pod

We had the most enjoyable stay. The pod was equipped with everything we needed and more. Short walk to local village with lots of small shops. 15 minute drive to William's Den, which was a fab day out. Local park a short walk away. Loved the visit of the chickens. Never had such a comfy bed in a pod! Will be coming back.

Amazing retreat away

We came to stay for two nights for my son's 10th birthday and honestly, it was above and beyond our expectations. Honestly, we had the best time! It really forced me to stop and unwind. Our highlight of the trip was the jacuzzi. The pod was so cosy, clean and warm, and with non slip floors both outside and in, really impressed me. The pod had everything you could possibly need. The firepit was positioned in the prefect spot and really set the mood. The dog loved it, although we didn't have a doggy bed for him, bless him. You guys really have thought of everything. Loved the little touches like throws and prosecco in the fridge. What I also would suggest is a clothes dryer for towels to dry. Overall, 5 star all the way and we are definitely coming back!

Our stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay as a group of 3 friends. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was and the cabin was well facilitated and clean. The host was very helpful over text message and made us aware we could message if we had any enquiries during our stay. The hot tub and benches were a lovely addition. It was a peaceful location and there was a local town nearby (the cabin manual gave us information on what was nearby and what we could do). There isn't much in the town but we didn't need much. We got some essentials from the local Morrisons and had a Chinese takeaway from the local Chinese on one night, which was very close by and very reasonably priced. York and Hull and other cities are nearby, which you can visit. We didn't, but they're not too far out. We enjoyed walks out in the fields and the weather was perfect which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay

Pod was lovely and clean and set in a lovely, quiet location. Staff on site were great when we had an issue with our hot tub and offered a discount on another stay. Was really happy here and wish we could have stayed longer!
