Amazing site

Very clean and tidy campsite with very approachable staff. Bus stop outside camp to Newquay bus station where you can get buses to many places.

Loved our stay

Absolutely loved our stay at Hendra Holiday Park. The park is spotless. Bus stop on main road 20 mins in to Newquay. Morrisons a 5 min drive away. Outdoor pool is amazing with plenty of sun beds. Food was lovely, prices what you expect to pay. Having a heatwave made all the difference. We stayed in our touring caravan, good size pitches and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone.

Camping

Amazing 3 nights with a toddler. Absolutely perfect. Will be coming back next year.

A bit disappointed with the place

Not very friendly reception. Booked and paid for a swim for 10am. They lost our booking, so didn't get in pool until 10:20, which was then packed out. I feel they could do an adult's only morning half hour session. Not much atmosphere in the evening. Would not recommend if you don't have young children.

Fantastic stay

The site is very clean and the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The security staff were amazing, every night they took me to my tent in their golf buggy as I am disabled and walk with crutches. I can not say anything negative about our stay, the evening entertainment is brilliant and the children's entertainment was very good too. I would be going next year, great value for your money and even better value when it comes for your holiday.

Spring holiday

Really nice pitch close to amenities. Location of campsite is great - in easy driving distance of many places but out of the busier areas. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great onsite shop. Good for both adults and children.

Excellent place to stay

Great place to stay although can be expensive in the summer. The site has lots of activities for everyone and the entertainment was good. The swimming pool is great and thoroughly enjoyed and worth the extra cost. The toilet block was spotless! To the point we were questioning whether other vans were using it! It was cleaned constantly throughout the day. Security staff were lovely and warden rode around every night checking on the site to give that added security. All staff that we interacted with on site were pleasant and polite and we honestly couldn't fault them. Our only issue was we had a lot of rain on the day we arrived meaning grass pitches were muddy but not flooded. As we arrived they had just cut the grass and this then made the pitch more squelchy and muddy. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely be returning in the future.

Great time at Hendra

Hendra Park is in great location, 3 miles from Centre of Newquay. The staff, facilities and service were very good. My only gripes would be the outdoor pool was really cold, supposedly heated. My granddaughters had to come out as it was too cold. Also, our pitch was by the busy road, so not ideal for sleeping.

Amazing place!

Fantastic resort. Our family of 4, including toddler and infant loved it. Fun for everyone! We will definitely be back.

Amazing campsite

Me and my partner had an amazing stay here. There is lots to do on site and the location is perfect. Although we didn't use it this time, the train to and from Newquay town is a brilliant idea. The cleanliness and standards of the site is outstanding. The only negative (which isn't really an issue, just slightly annoying) was the ground where we were pitched had stones underneath the grass, making pegging our tent slightly difficult. The staff at Hendra were very lovely & extremely helpful. We are planning on coming back and cannot wait!

Loved it

Had a gorgeous 4 day camping holiday here with friends, the location was amazing - very close to so many gorgeous beaches and amazing fish and chip shops. Dog friendly and lovely neighbours :)

Hendra stay

Very happy with our stay. Very polite staff, plenty to do and everywhere was really clean and presented well. Definitely will be coming back again.

Best holiday

This was our first time staying with Hendra and they did not disappoint! Staff were amazing in every part of the park. The shows in the evening were fantastic and the pitches and facilities were immaculate. We loved every second and are sad to be going home. My daughter especially took a shine to one of the entertainers, Molly. Molly went above and beyond with my daughter and all of the children and guests there, as did all of the entertainers. She was very sad to be leaving Molly, but is excited to hopefully see her again next year. We're looking forward to maybe spending 2 weeks with you next year as a week just isn't enough.

Great location

First time staying in Cornwall, Hendra is the perfect location for short drives to multiple beaches and for things to see and do. The campsite itself was so quiet, clean and secure.

Amazing experience

First time at this resort and I would 100% come back. We took our 8 month old puppy on her first trip away camping and she absolutely loved it. The people staying as well as the people working here have all been so lovely and take great pride in keeping the site at a very high standard. Location is great with many beautiful beaches on the doorstep. Already planning my return and next time I want to stay longer! Didn't want to pack up and return! Highly recommend this site.

Hendra Holiday Park

We stayed on grass electric pitch which was big enough for us and our awning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Park was good, outdoor swimming pool was a bonus as weather was hot. Bar area was good and we did use the land train to go into Newquay, although we got the bus back which dropped us outside the park. We had a lovely stay.

Great stay and lovely, helpful staff and security

Had an amazing few days here, we were very lucky to have visited on a quiet weekend so were very close to all amenities, which those we had time to use were fantastic. The Fish and Chip shop being open until late after a late 8pm arrival on the Friday was a god send! The staff we met were all very friendly, in particular Paul who was on security was very helpful and very kind! Great weekend away and look forward to coming back soon!

Brilliant holiday at Hendra, best site we've visited

We've just had 6 brilliant nights at Hendra and really have had the best holiday, helped by the weather being so nice! The site is super tidy and clean, with really exceptional attentive staff, and every one of them was super friendly and helpful! The food and drink was really good value and the swimming pool and slides were the icing on the cake of an amazing holiday! Thanks also to the entertainment staff, they had us in stitches at night and all the acts that were on were brilliant! Thanks, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic campsite!

We love it here, there is so much to do for all ages no matter what the weather! The staff are really happy and friendly and as soon as you arrive, you feel the holiday atmosphere. Can't wait to return again next year!
