Lovely!

A really lovely and welcoming place. Not at all busy, just the 3 pods in our field, looking out over the Eden Valley landscape to distant hills. Sheep and cows in nearby fields. You will hear the adjacent road and nearby Settle to Carlisle railway line and normal sounds of nearby working farms. Pods well presented and well appointed, with access to a very nice communal kitchen and sitting space, should you need it. We didn't need this as the pods had everything we needed. Super friendly hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this place if you want a high spec glamping experience with mod cons.

Short break away

Excellent short break of 3 days. The pod was lovely and comfortable with all the items required in place. The hosts were wonderful and have gone a long way to make their site as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Will be definitely returning to this beautiful part of the world.

Amazing experience

The pod was spotless. The pod and the site had a lot better facilities that we have seen elsewhere, they think of everything you could need for a glamping trip. The owners are so kind and welcoming, we really didn't want to leave. We had a rainy weekend and still had a fantastic time. We came as a family of 3 adults with 2 dogs and had no issues at all. Bed and sofa bed were super comfy, the bedding is great quality (lovely pillows especially). There's nothing more we could have asked for. We're already looking to book our next stay and to bring the rest of our family. Thank you so much for having us.

Very Lovely Stat @ Eden Valley Glamping

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Eden Valley Glamping. The location is nice, quiet and with very good facilities. The hosts were very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Lovely stay despite the weather!

Lovely site, the pods are well spaced apart, clean, and full of everything you would need for a trip away. Liz and Dave were very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time with our dogs despite the awful weather we had, although we did have some breaks in the rain so we could enjoy a fire on the first night to toast some marshmallows. My daughter got to go on the hammocks - which she loved and was able to explore the area a little bit! We will definitely be returning again!

Very nice place

Pod was very clean when we arrived. Dave and Liz were very friendly. Communal kitchen/sitting room area was very nice also, lots of games, books etc provided. Very quiet and relaxing site, not much around to disturb you. Location is very rural, which is ideal if you want a bit of peace and quiet, but maybe a bit too rural if your kids get bored easily. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A wonderful escape from the city

A little idyllic piece of Eden Valley. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Perfect for a quiet stay, outdoor fire, and beautiful scenery and a pleasant sleep in a comfy cabin.

A hidden gem!

We visited as a family of 5 for my birthday. The whole site is immaculate, and not only are Liz and Dave exceptionally kind and overall such lovely people, they have thought of everything. The site is very safe for the children, with so many activities to keep them entertained. We will definitely be back. Thank you 💜

A relaxing getaway

Lovely, well-kept pods. Excellent community kitchen, with a dining area and a lovely room with a log burner and plenty of games for the kids. You can also cook in your pod, or use the outside fire pit/ grill to cook outside. Dave and Liz were very friendly. Had two great nights, it was very dark so great for stargazing! Would definitely stay again!

Cosy Autumn retreat

We were very impressed with our clean comfortable pod, which had everything we needed. Despite the wet misty November weather, we still sat out round the fire pit in the evening to enjoy the dark skies and sounds of owls hooting in the distance. Unfortunately, it was too wet to walk far with our (rain-averse) dogs but it was lovely to return to the warmth of the pod where the bed was really comfortable, the shower nice and warm and enough cooking equipment provided to make basic meals. We even found a game of Connect 4 - haven't played that for a while! It was lovely that our two dogs were welcome too. Overall, would definitely stay again and highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing break.

Nice place

Very nice and quiet place with a beautiful view. Easy access to attractions around. Very nice landlord.

Fantastic stay

My family enjoyed our glamping experience at Eden Valley. It's very peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts Liz and Dave were very helpful and accommodating. They always made sure we had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. I highly recommend these amazing pods. It's well-equipped and properly insulated so there is no freezing moments even when the weather is cold outside. We will definitely come back.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this site, the owners were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The pods were immaculate and Liz and Dave had thought of everything, so we had everything we needed for the weekend. The sauna was spotless and a lovely addition to the site, which was so calm and tranquil...nothing but farmland and countryside and sheep! I think they were very good value and the added bonus of the communal lodge with kitchen and living space with board games and books was brilliant. We will definitely be returning and as other people have done, we may book out all 3 pods between family and friends, so we can have the place to ourselves for a weekend. Can't fault the place or the owners! Thank you so much!

Luxury glamping pod

Close-ish to the Lakes. Stayed here for 3 nights, was absolutely lovely. The pod is great - clean, cosy and fully equipped - and the site is in a very quiet location. The site is about a 10-minute drive off the A6 and from there you are in the Lake District in no time. In the opposite direction, you're near Carlisle. So there are plenty of places to go, or you can just chill at the pod all day if that's your thing. There are also pet-friendly pods here and that, plus the proximity to the Lakes, is the main reason I chose this site. Thanks, Pete & Zeus

Lovely stay

Lovely stay in a great location. Nice and private. Lots of space. Hosts were very nice and we would recommend the site to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

Peaceful and perfect

A beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and lovely surroundings. The pods were luxurious and equipped with everything you might need. Also a great communal area if wanting to cook something more fancy or to have somewhere bigger to chill indoors with games, comfy chairs and a log burning fire. Very family friendly with access to some outdoor toys and games. Hosts (Dave & Liz) were such genuine, kind and friendly people. They were so helpful and nothing was a bother to them. Lovely woodland walks nearby along the river and not too far to drive for days out in the Lakes. Would highly recommend!

Short break

Was blown away by this place. View, amazing. Pod, amazing. Very clean and bright and extremely well equipped. There are only 3 pods on this site and well spaced out, so you're never going to feel overcrowded. Forest walk on the doorstep, excellent for the dog and the owners couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I could go on as there are so many positives... A must-go-to place!

Cosy and peaceful

This place was just what I needed to pause, appreciate nature and de-stress. The pod itself had everything you could need, really warm and cosy. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the little details. I didn't spend much time in the communal kitchen, but it's ideal for larger meal prep. The reading nook, with a wood burning stove, has some interesting books to get stuck into. Typically terrible weather, but on clearer nights, stargazing with heat from the firepit was just perfect. Dave and Liz were great hosts, very kind, welcoming and attentive. Location is great, nestled between the Lake District and the North Pennines, so plenty to explore nearby. Would stay here again, without a doubt.
