The family run Glen Dhoo Camping Site is the perfect spot for both families looking for a laidback getaway or motorbike enthusiasts interested in exploring the TT mountain course! With the grandstand in walking distance and an array of beaches nearby there really is something for everyone. There are grass and hardstanding pitches available, with optional electric, as well as pre-erected tents suitable for up to six people.
About the site
Set in a relaxed rural location, adjacent to the TT mountain course, is this family run site. With the grandstand and Cronk-ny-Mona vantage points in walking distance this is a great spot for those looking to explore. Perfect for families, on site there is a nature trail, mini orienteering course, games and of course plenty of space for children to run and play! Kids can even feed the site's very own chickens! There are spacious grass pitches, with parking, available for tents as well as hardstanding pitches suitable for motorhomes and campervans. Electric hook up is also available for an extra fee. Pre-erected tents are also available for up to six guests. They come equipped with airbeds, lanterns, a camping table and chairs. Please note you will need to bring your own bedding. Located in a great spot to explore all the Isle of Man has to offer, this site is just a short drive away from Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man as well as an array of great beaches like Garwick Beach within ten minutes. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
