Located 35 minutes from Norwich, Old Buckenham Country Park is a 32-acre base, ideal for families. There's grass and hardstanding pitches for campers and tourers, some with electric hook ups. Onsite, there's plenty to keep you entertained, from seasonal live music, fishing, a licensed cafe/bar serving food and local roasted coffee, to a weekly cycle ride. Snetterton Circuit is 15 minutes away, and there are also footpaths directly from the site.

The site offers a lively, family friendly camping experience in the heart of Norfolk, surrounded by scenic countryside, wildlife, and direct access to five walking routes. Enjoy the cosy cafe/bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking the fishing lake, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, the children's play area, or seasonal live entertainment. Barnham Zoo is also ten minutes away. There are non electric (6m x 6m) grass pitches suitable for tents, roof and trailer tents. You will also find (8m x 8m) grass tent pitches with a 16 amp electric hook up, (8m x 10m) grass touring pitches equipped with 16 amp electric hook ups, as well as (10m x 10m) hardstanding pitches with a 16 amp electric hook up for tourers. You will find a selection of 13 fully equipped lodges onsite, featuring a mixture of hot tubs, outdoor baths, a king sized bedroom, a twin bedroom, and furnishings. If you're a fan of motorsport, then you are well placed for a visit to Snetterton Circuit (15 minutes). Outdoor lovers can also explore the scenic Thetford Forest, a 20 minute drive away. For a city break, drive 35 minutes to Norwich, home to a popular cathedral and vibrant markets. The site welcomes up to two dogs, and there are several walking routes accessed directly from the site for them to enjoy a run around. The cafe/bar is dog friendly too. BBQs and campfires are welcome onsite, and there is also a communal fire pit for you to relax by.

Onsite is a separate women's and men's facility block with underfloor heating, toilets, six showers, mirrors, an accessible/family bathroom with a baby changing area, an indoor washing up area offering eight sinks, hireable lockers, and EV charging. For kids, there's an outdoor play area with swings, slides, climbing frames, and ropes.

The OB Cafe and clubhouse/licensed bar sells local roasted coffee, homemade cakes, and hot/cold meals. During November, it's open on Saturdays and Sundays (9am-2pm). In December, it's open on Saturdays and Sundays (9am-2pm), and from March to September, seasonal opening hours apply, with opening times (9am-6pm) on Sundays and Mondays, and (9am-10pm) Tuesday to Saturday.

Free WiFi and a communal fire pit are available at the cafe. There's also seasonal live music and DJ nights, food markets, an OB BBQ shack on Fridays, and street food on Saturdays. Every Wednesday, the site offers group cycle rides, as well as fishing at the cafe's lake. Marquee hire is available. Londis is a five minute drive away for essentials.

There's plenty to keep the whole family entertained during your stay. Onsite, there are several exciting seasonal events, including live music, DJ nights, a food makers market, a car show, and more. Fishing is also available in the cafe lake, and on Wednesday, there is a cycle ride.
