Nice camp site
Bell Tent - Bell Tents (Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 Unfortunately, our bell tent was situated at the peak of a hill and so was exposed to a lot of the strong winds we suffered this month, obviously the campsite can't control that but it meant we couldn't cook any breakfast. The only thing that would help here is some sort of awning to be provided with the tents.
A battery pack is provided for phone charging which is nice, although its a shame the tents don't come with an electrical hook up.
The café on site is great and does some nice food and the staff are fab. It also stocks a lot of nice snacks and booze, among other essentials.
Very close to Woolacombe beach and some local pubs.
Would definitely recommend the site!

First time for my son
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 As the first camping experience with my 7yo son, we couldn't have chosen a better place.
Excellent facilities (warm showers and waffles on a cold morning!), a lovely location with amazing views, and a relaxed vibe from fellow campers.
It took all of the apprehension out of the experience and just left great memories...well played!

Brilliant stay
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Chose different location to normal, it's a little hidden gem of a campsite, no road noise, great views over the bay at the top of the hill.
Staff really friendly and make you feel very welcome. Farm stop is a must visit for local food and cooked food. Toilets and other amenities very clean. Will return again. Thanks.
